Double charge on single order and not issued refund inspite of several mail

Am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding double charges
that were applied to my account for recent transactions.
On two separate occasions, I noticed that my account was debited twice for
a single order. The details are as follows:
1. First occurrence: 28th April 2024
2. Second occurrence: Today, i.e 5 th may 2024
Also I have the transaction ID for same

No Refund and not attending complaint
I had ordered 2 veg rolls from Eatclub, delivery boy came but one of roll was labelled as non veg and as i am pure vegetarian i requested delivery boy to take order back and i cannot risk my belief just because i am hungry and requested refund as it was paid online. However my order was reflecting as delivered so i tried to raise concern but they just simply credite Rs 200 to the app wallet for which i requested them my order was above Rs 250 and i do not want any wallet balance kindly refund amount to source. But since its over a week no response and no one have attended my complain, i have to raise complaint with consumer forum as i doubt Eatclub is not following food safety guidelines and also no seperate kitchen for veg and non veg as i have also raised such concerns earlier with Eatclub but everytime they promised they will be getting better at service. But this time they have been treating customer as just looking for free food. Which is not the case. So please i would request you to look into the matter.
