On 13th Sep, 2023, my money got deducted but order not placed.

Tell me to refund my money 809 rupees.
If I had asked for that food, I could have fallen ill. I told you to refund my money.
I am speaking for the last time. I am speaking to you. tell me my money back I will file a case against you in the consumer file.
If you want to go to the court then it is okay, I am taking strict action against you. Will take you to court.

I had ordered food. But I have been given stinky food and stale food. I had ordered chocolates but even the statue was not there. I also talked to the help section but they have given me points. I don't want points, I want my money of Rs.809 in the same mode in which I paid.

Call me refund of my money in my same turn 809 rupees
My money is not being wasted. I have to spend money, so I will donate it to a beggar, ok.

Ordered food requested not spicy.

Instead of making it without spice or with less spice, they made it SUPER SPICY N SUPER OILY.

I tootne could not eat

When ever I order bowl rice either meat is not cooked properly and rice not cooked properly egg shell will be on the bowl of food if we ask for replacement they don't even bother to understand what was the problem to hey just argue we prepared correct. As they see us like food stealer ..when person is hungry and getting food late with this kind o[censored]ncooked food understand the situation.. they not even bother about CUSTOMER satisfaction they need only money..worst service..### people don't ever order anything

I ordered a wrap from Fassoos through the Eatsure app and my money was deducted from my account but oder wasn't placed. It happened 2 times continuously. I didn't get the refund till now I asked for help but response about my refund...

Hello team My eat Sure account has been suspended by the Eatsure app team saying due to suspecious trends I have never ever done any suspecious activity

Kindly help me in activating my account

When I am requesting to activate my account you they are saying my account is suspended due to suspecious trends.

I never done any suspicious activity kindly help me to re- investigate my account and activate on priority....

I have ordered food from EATSURE and they just delivered me fully highly masalas and oily food that is not even eatable I already paid them my hard earned money for food. I just told them to replace my order or else to return my money back to me.after that they just block my account straight away and they also blocked my money also of amount 1560rs that is surepoints of 31000.i already requested them a lot to unblock my account so that I can utilize my money (surepoints) or else u can initiate my amount into my bank account manually..but company people straight away denied of doing it..they straight away telling me that we cannot help u with this..I kindly request you pls sir/mam help me to get my money back to me that is surepoints..pls .I am struggling since a weak to get my money back to me.pls help me with this.thank you.
