On 17 oct 2019, i made a purchase on pubg mobile app for uc worth rs 1949/-. Through netbanking, amt debited from my saving account as shown in transaction history but uc not credited into my gaming account. Kindly let me know whether uc will got purchased and by when or money will be credited back into my saving account and if so by when it will take place.

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 27 september at 11pm via internet banking. Costing rs.724 for uc credit of 660 along with 75rs credit from google play.
My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.

I bought uc in pubg mobile but didnt receive them in game. The purchase was for 660 uc and costed me 724 rs . money was deducted from my account.. For some reason my google play didnt record the purchase.. I am attaching an image of mini statement from sbi mobile app confirming of money geting deducted and being transferred to this . it would be great if i can get a refund or if my purchase can be compleated by adding the uc in game that i purchased.

I purchased 600 uc for pubg through times of money payment gateway the amount (724rs the original amount is 799 but i had a play store discount of 75rs) was debited from my bank account but the transaction was failed. [protected]igagyexaq8 is the refrerance id which my bank statement shows. The transaction was done on[protected] using sbi net banking

Today i made a purchase of a gold pass worth rs.399 in clash of clans. The amount was deducted from my account but i didn't receive the item. Kindly see to it that my money is refunded.

I had purchased in app items from google play (Google play account id: [protected]@gmail.com) of rs 1650/- on 22 july at at 11:11 am. The transaction timed out but amount of rs 1650/- was debited from my sbi bank account and no transaction was registered in google order history. I didnt receive the in app (Game) items. I contacted developer of app who said to contact google play as the developer had not received any amount from google play.
Message from bank is as below:

Hello, i had not purchased anything through this platform but still my balance was deducted from my account that too twice in my occasion . I called my bank support center for help they too didnt had any knowledge of it, they insisted me to block my account for this case. But blocking of account in such a sudden case is so troublesome. Please look into this matter cause i dont know to actual source to it and not knowing how to stop it though from any farther problem of this kind in future.

Another transaction tried just to check with another pack ingame for similar amount of rs 6500/ or $99.9 but again the same error code as earlier and no ingame credits instead money is debited from my bank account through south indian bank
Is this some issue with tom associated with the south indian bank
Pls do something about the whole issue and resolve these issues quickly
