I tried to purchase 600uc by paying rs799.00 through Punjab national bank of india net banking today i. E. On 22.03.2019. My money got deducted from Punjab national bank and sent to timesofmoney but uc not added. For some reason google payment also not showing this transaction in their website now. I have screenshot of payment which i enlcosed with this mail.
Please sir refund the deducted money or add the uc amount in my game

On 13.03.2019, i did an in-app purchase through an online game, "art of war 3" worth rs.600. My account got debited, but no any purchase happened. I purchased uc for pubg mobile for rs 799 on 25th of february and rs 420 on 26th of february and both the times payment failed after money is deducted from my account so i want my refund for both the payments or i will be looking for legal action if my money is not refunded by the company i have account details of transfering payment to timesofmoney account and ref. On 19 feb 2019 11:40 a. M., i had done a purchase of rs.800 of diamonds (Item) in mobile legends:bang bang (Online game).. Though my money got deducted from my account but i still didn't receive the diamonds (Item)!! I have waited for the whole day and overnight as the mlbb asked to wait for 12 hours on their customer help issue. Even after 12 hours the result is the same.. I didn't get my item neither my money was refund.

I bought uc in pubg mobile but didn't receive them in game. The purchase was for 660 uc and costed me 724 rs. Money was deducted from my account.. For some reason my google play didn't record the purchase.. I am attaching an image of sms which i got from sbi net banking confirming of money getting deducted and being transferred to this. I had purchase an online course from udemy for rs.640/-.in my bank statement the amount is debited. But there is no confirmation from the udemy instructor about the same for said course. When qnuired with the udemy instructor, they asked me to call up the concerned payment gateway authorities.in my case it's timesofmoney.com is the gateway company. Trying to contact these people but there is no contact number / customer service center for the same. There is just a contact form asking to mention the contact details in which they have mentioned that they would be calling. Till now there is no response from them. The transaction copy of the same is attached as a photo. Hence i am not sure where my transaction is failed/succeded. If it's has failed they can refund the same else push the amount to my udemy instructor.
