Wrongly charged credit card
We were in Scotland on holiday between 23rd and 29th of august. We rented a car from Auto Europe and payed for that at the moment we booked, and that was the 3rd of may. When we returned the car, everything was alright. When we got home and looked at our bank account on Internet, there was a post from you there you have charged us of SEK 3392, 26. I contacted Auto Europe and they did not know anything about this. I wonder what you are doing?...

Dear Sir,
I booked a car from CarTrawler - reservation number -GB[protected], Rental Agent -ALAMO Corpoation (UK). I paid GBP 43.96 by my SBI Card. The balance due was GBP 244.20. I took the additional insurance and total amount was GBP 334.18 which was debited my account on[protected]. The amount of GBP 38.82 is not authorised and the same is wrongly charged. My rental agreement number[protected]. Kindly take up the matter...
