Ecom Scandal

Ecom Express has made a loss of about 20000 to me. What a cheap company Ecom. I hate the service of Ecom. Company Staff is totally fraud, , totally fraud. They don't give return parcels and sell them. Since 2 month i have not recieved any parcel. They show them as delivered on daily basis. They never pick parcels on time. Always they come after 2 days of booking. Very very bad serivce. I think Ecom should close...

They keeping the parcel with them not even delivering after the delivery period over.. They simply fooling the customers wasting our time we keep on beg them to when it will deliver such a worst worst service ever seen...

I had a transaction done on 28/10/2020 at 12.59pm through online for INI-CET JAN2021 rs1500/-rupees on xnchfamsed mumbai. My amount was debited from my account but the transaction was failure, but i did not receive any transaction id or any other proof of transaction failure from merchant side. I registered a compliant to my concerned bank, they asked me to submit proof of transaction failure. So please provide me proof of transaction failure...

I have received a call from courier boy at 12:32 PM from [protected] . he is asking me please pick up your courier from near Bus stand of Mukerian.

And after waiting, … I have dialed his number . for confirmed parcel.. then he is saying.. your number is not reachable and we will delivered this Product on tomorrow.
