I have ordered for 2 denim shirts on Jan 4 2019 . i have received 2 pathetic tshirt on 14 jan 2019. Its seems to they are cheating, The given mail id and phone numbers are fake.

My name is Mahesh... I've ordered pack of 2 sweaters (Plain Blue & Black color) which I received it on 5/1/2019, however I've received strips red & black and blue & gray color sweaters. The quality of the sweaters also doesn't seem to be that good, what I saw on the portal and also i got incorrect sizes.

Hello, i am santosh gilbile. I had asked for a sweater combo pack from this side but i did not want the sweater instead of the choice sweeter. If i do not want it, then i should take it back and give it to the chef or return the money to rs 1198.. So pls action this side very fraud side.. Almost cheating... Pls action... They are not response in mail... Allmost are very bad treat...

Now i want to return the product but they are not responding to my mail that i have sent them. I had ordered two shirt plain color black and blue and the delivered me other thing. There is no way to contact the company apart from a mail id. I had and i have mailed many a times - [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@ecottoncountry.com but there is no response from the same. Plz take the action against the company. My ref no - #ecc13204, awb no[protected]. Paid rs. 998.
