Have raised the order for a cake to be delivered however there is no response to any WhatsApp messages or calls. Rather when calling it is mentioning this number is not valid. Further when tracking the order it is giving any update. When I am trying to cancel the order that is also not happening. Kindly help in getting complete refund.

I had booked a black forest cake of Rs.3419 on the site Egiftsportal.com to be delivered in New York but it has not been delivered and hence i need my refund...no one from egiftsportal.com responds also their customer care phone is switch off

I have ordered a triple chocolate cake on 13dec, 2019 through https://egiftsportal.com/ to deliver in usa and i paid rs.4500.in the website there is a declaimer that the design and presentation may vary. But they delivered normal chocolate cake which was purchased from a kroger shop (One of the retailing shos in us) and actual price of the cake (12.99$) was pasted on the cake envelope. They made it worse by writing greeting message on the cake (Which was supposed to be in the greeting card).

I sent a complaint to their customer support but till now they didn't even send a acknowledge mail. I asked help from their live support team and they offered a rs 1000 cashback. When i asked about this rs.1000 they replied that they compared with their normal chocolate cake's price and then made this decision. Also they are not ready to disclose their delivery charge, tax included etc.

So my complaint is that why should i pay their normal chocolate cake's price for a 12.99$ cake. I am not able to contact them through the number provided in the website. So please take appropriate action.
