I have ordered a product on 26th April and it has to be delivered by 4th may, But today it's 11th May and I haven't received it yet.

Women's crepe frocks, tracking i'd-NMBC[protected].I have to wear this dress tomorrow because it's festival. I have called the delivery boy also but he rejected my call.I was trying to contact since the morning. The product is of THEREDBLUM and the order no.is-#33999

During delivery of my product with tracking id NMBC[protected], your delivery person was very aggressive & rude. He has not handed over the product to me.
If these type of services you will provide to customers how will we be able to order anything online.
Look into this matter.

The product I ordered is of so low quality.i want to return it and want my money back.

My tracking id number is FMPP[protected]. Yesterday i got delivery person contact number and tried to talk to him so many times but he didnt respond on my call. Today aging I received delivery massage from your end and call on mentioned number to contact to delivery person but again he didnt pick my call.

I have received a message that my Flipkart was delivered but I didn't received the item

Simply that delivery boy mentioned product is delivered which is not received by me and he mentioned the delivered time is 11.20 pm
In India is there any courier that they will deliver items after 9 pm?

Yesterday my product came but the courier girl didn't even called and when I called she didn't receive and when received she immediately hanged up without talking and when talked she said she will call and she didn't and when I called again she said she is gone she went and told me I didn't picked up her call like seriously how can someone tolerate that and today also she isn't picking up and when she picks up she doesn't even talk and quickly hangs up idk what to do I'm not even sure I will get my product or not please improve the courier service and customer satisfaction

My name is Pooja Yadav & I placed an order with online company Cart Me and the order was shipped through Ekart. My order number was 31612 and my tracking number with Ekart was SRTP[protected]. On 24th Dec., 2021 I got a call from the delivery boy of Ekart saying he delivered my parcel to someone near my house. I told him not to do that as I don't know anyone around & he can come after 7 days when I will be at home. He said OK. When I came back, one of the shopkeeper told me that a del. boy gave a parcel to him but later took it back. Now there is no update regarding my parcel. The shocking part is del. boy updated the status of my order as DELIVERED & RECEIVED BY POOJA... Its a clear fraud & even the company Cart Me or Ekart is not available to help

I ordered product through flipkart at may 2021.at the time im n hospital delivered boy called me i told im in hospital i cant take it.he told i kept in office you came and collect i said ok.i received message product is delivered .last month only i came my native. I reach ekart office and ask..office members said i dnt know but they give my area delivered boy number i cal his number ask he said i dnt know..where is my product..kindly check my product pls consider my complaint

I ordered a mobile phone from flipkart.it reached my nearest hub 3days ago.expected delivery date was 20th oct .the order was out for delivery but not delivered and at the end of the day the status says that customer unreachable delivery failed.how is that possible .i received other orders from ekart on the same day but not the phone order.theyvare making fool o[censored]sers.i am stuck as i have no phone to use and i have already paid so i am unable to buy from outside too.

I have ordered Baby poster from Flipkart with tracking ID FMPP[protected] .I got call from Ekart delivery boy he asked my address to deliver the parcel.i started telling him the address but he shouted loudly that you are trying to fool me, and told me that the Google location is showing some other address and you are telling me different address.But I replied him calmly that I have only entered one address which is there at Flipkart from long time and not entered any other Google location or anything else. Despite listening to me he continued shouting at me. This is the most bad experience from Flipkart and Ekart, iam feeling annoyed please take suitable action on the delivery boy
