I have ordered some dress materials in vstar.in on 26/5/2022. While I track the details it is showing me PRODUCT DELIVERED by Chinnaraju .

But I didn't receive any products

3 Kurtis was were worst I received today, it had bad smell and it was worst dress pls return it and give me my 799rs return pls

I bought a pair of laughing budha frm shop101 but i received an another product and my slip is stick on others product I make a complain via email but got nothing no reply and I received more than 10+ msg for pickup and rejection at last Sunday delivery boy pickup the product and call me after an hour for different product and I show him a complaint at time of pickup he said ok I will updating and call you for confirm but didn't received any call even I try his pin 136 it also not connected my call with delivery boy. Very bad service of ekart pls I want my money back. You have to solve my problem another I make a complain in a customer court form online legal India [protected] i just registered with them. If these type of services you will provide to customers how will we be able to order anything online.

In India is there any courier that they will deliver items after 9 pm?

Yesterday my product came but the courier girl didn't even called and when I called she didn't receive and when received she immediately hanged up without talking and when talked she said she will call and she didn't and when I called again she said she is gone she went and told me I didn't picked up her call like seriously how can someone tolerate that and today also she isn't picking up and when she picks up she doesn't even talk and quickly hangs up idk what to do I'm not even sure I will get my product or not please improve the courier service and customer satisfaction

My name is Pooja Yadav & I placed an order with online company Cart Me and the order was shipped through Ekart. My order number was 31612 and my tracking number with Ekart was SRTP[protected]. On 24th Dec., 2021 I got a call from the delivery boy of Ekart saying he delivered my parcel to someone near my house. I told him not to do that as I don't know anyone around & he can come after 7 days when I will be at home. He said OK. When I came back, one of the shopkeeper told me that a del. boy gave a parcel to him but later took it back. Now there is no update regarding my parcel. The shocking part is del. boy updated the status of my order as DELIVERED & RECEIVED BY POOJA... Its a clear fraud & even the company Cart Me or Ekart is not available to help
