Iam in KK Nagar Nesapakkam. We are facing Power cut for 5 to 6 hours in a day of morning and evening time.
As per the Government norm the Nesapakkam Area will have 1 hour Power cut between 5 to 6pm. But from October We are
facing the frequent Power cut in KK Nagar Nesapakkam Area. Is there any permanent solution for this? There is no proper response in calling the EB Office in KK Nagar as they just do for temproraliy. But Why this EB service is very bad in KK Nagar Nesapakkam
Area. Please send the Line man who can do make proper all the lines instead of Temprory connection. We do not want to get power cut often throughout a day as there is many Elder people facing problem due to this. Please do the needful immediately.

My name is Prabakaran from Andakudi Village, K.Siruvanur Panchayat, Kannankudi Union,Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai Dist.

Here (Andakudi Village) more than 5 days complete power shut down.So Drinking water also not supplied. I informed to Panchayat Officer and also informed to Electricity office over through phone[protected]. I spoke to AE also till not yet rectified that power shot down. yesterday also one mail sent to Karaikudi MLA.please help us.

Even in kelambakkam the power cut timings are like 6 to 9(or) 8 to 10 in the morning, in the afternoon 12 to 3 or 4 to 6 and in evening 7 to 8 or 9 to 10. Dont know about the timings during nights.

The power range is also less than 209 ro 210 which is less than common supply like 230.

Please reguralize the timings

i am coming from ahmedabad where there is problem of power cut. First time me and family are facing of such long time power cut. At home also when we really need current is not there. Then on return from office if current is not there, girls coming in two wheeler is so risky. Also a state where people openly drink and walk on street. That is the first thing which has to a stopped. In all such manners ahmedacd is 100% better for a family and girls. I used to alone travel if two wheeler Even at 1 am. Ahmd is that safe. In chennai without a guy with me i dont travel any where. I lost all my confidence and independent life

This is to inform you that Mrs Sangeeta Arora resident of A-2 / 12, Ashirwad appartment, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi is involved in electricity theft since last 7 years.By the mean o[censored]sing tempred electicity meter with involvement of local electrician, meter speed is slowed down by more than 50% of Normal resulting in tremendous loss of revenue to electricity department.

This is to request to look into the matter as soon as possible, so as to curb this theft and help in electicity billing based on actual consumption.

I would like to register a complaint against few people in our neighbor daily stealing Electricity by putting a wire on the main line, they actually are brothers living with their family which is joint in nature, two of them are doing this theft for years the name of them are as follows.

they are doing this from years and they are fearless, and i m sorry to say that few of the electricity personnal are envolved in this with them, they would simply take some monthly money from them and tell them how to do the theft. also they would let them know everytime some officer come for inspection and since these guys knows the details they would simply put a lock at the door and move away and they would not come back till they are gone.

I would also like to bring the attention towards 3 or may be 4 incidents.

Few month back they tried to put the wire which they keep for the theft on the main line since the lines are too old the sparking started and few minutes later it stopped, but the next dya they didi it again this time we people were not ready and this time sparking was too destructive that whole of the neighborhood lost their electricity equipments, Meters, Fans, Lights, Bulb and I personally lost my Laptop and Television. nothing happened to thse guys.

Now today they did it again and a lady was there puuting wire on main line and sparking started again and there goes all the line and equipments again and this time the Transformer burned there were literally flames coming out of the Transformers.

What i would like to ask is there somebody who is looking after we people, we work hard from morning to evening when we come home such incidents happens and we loose our money in repairing or buying the equipments which we lost.

Normal person does not know whom to complaints bcz local authority is with these guys.

Please do something or please just tell me mail id of prime minister or president, anybody who can just save we people and revenues which our government is loosing just bcz of these people.

We are residents of Madhapur area, Gafoor Nagar, end of Image Hoispital Road, MAdhapur, Hyderabad. For past week none of the street lights are on this street end. When we coe back from work at 8pm the road is pitch dark. Request the authorities to urgently and regularly put on the lights in this road end.

sir, I want to convey some information about electricity theft in Tisauli(PIN 205267) village in Mainpuri.
Sir there is a flour mill and a tube well of Shakya people.Pramod singh runs this mill.But he runs it without having connection and without having meter facility.He uses Katiya for it.And he runs tube well by using meter facility .He also gives bribes to Bijli man of Tisauli village.so I request you sir, please order to your subordinate to take necessary actions.

Complaint against Anil Kumar Kapil – Junior Engineer (JE) of (33/11 KVA Sub Power Station) Sector – 44, Noida – 201303, Gautam Budh Nagar (UP)

He is one of the “Corrupt officer & is defaming the entire electricity department & Noida Authority due to his activities”. He is a curse for the department & should be immediately removed after taking stringent action against him, so that no one else can even think of doing what he does.

He openly asks for “bribes” for installing a New Electricity Meter in any house in the Sector. Also, once the new electricity meter is installed he asks again for bribes in order to give the Sealing Certificate. In case he is not given bribe, he harasses the public and threatens to Cut the electricity. He also goes to people’s houses on festivals such as Holi & Diwali and asks for money & gifts. If the money is not given he gives wrong report to the electrical department and says that you your Meter is Overload & using for commercial purpose and you need to pay penalty etc and harasses the resident of the sector.

Also, he steals the electricity and the give the public for higher rates in the sector. Some of the people of sector 44 using electricity for guest house but he never harasses and goes there as he is getting monthly huge amount. Also there meter are overload etc.

This entire thing he does with his entire team (who works there as on contract basis) of sub power station of Sector -44, Noida

As Sector 44 is one of the best sector in Noida. All the residents of the sector are frustrated because of his unprofessional behavior and asking money again and again. However, they are afraid to come forward & report his actions due to his position & status.

This entire issue is very well known to PASCHIMANCHAL VIDYUT VITRAN NIGAM Ltd. (PVVL) Electricity Department of Noida. But they are not taking seriously and no action has been taken so far.

Therefore you are requested to take severe action as your site is No1 in Consumer Complaints of Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar (UP), Kindly take serious action and remove this corrupt and fraud Junior Engineer of Noida.

Do Justice in NOIDA (As Corupt Officers are Killing our Country)

Subject: (JE) A.K. Kapil, Junior Engineer and his Team of 33/11 KVA Sub Power Station taken BRIBE from one of the VVIP sector of Noida i.e. Sector -44, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar (UP)

This case is recently happened at Noida Sector -44 by officer of your department i.e. A.K. Kapil, Junior Engineer (JE) & his team Sub Power Station of Sector -44, taking BRIBE from the Sector -44, Noida-201303.

Last week A.K Kapil has being involved in checking the connection of the Sector -44. From the house number C-36 Sector -44 and C-39 Sector -44 has taken around Rs. 3.10 Lakhs as BRIBE.

His team is having contractor / Line man workers namely “Sanjay”, “Yogesh” etc persons are there. Also, some of the person of vigilance team of sector -19, Noida was also involved in the same.

The two above address i.e. C-36 & C-39 Sector -44 were ready to pay the penalty. But A.K, Kapil (JE) of Sub Power Station Sector -44 forced & said we can handle our self & here only. He openly asks for BRIBE and once not given the BRIBE he disconnects the Power from the Poll and say you need to go on waiting for month for the electricity. So the owner was no other option other then paying the Bribe to these person of Electrcity.

C-39, Sector-44 has paid around Rs 10, 000 and C-36 Sector -44 which is running as Hotel with the name ‘Karina Hotel’ has paid around Rs 3, 00, 000.

If you want a proof for the same, then just check the files of these two above address you will not find any complained against them for the electricity department. As the officers have already taken BRIBE so no complain has been lounged.

This complain has been send to M/s Pashimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (PVVNL), a subsidiary o[censored]PPCL, Govt o[censored]P Undertaking. But no action has been take so far. It seems that all the entire department is involved in it.

Dear/ ma'am
I have already registered a complaint regarding the less supply of electricity in our village but no action has been taken regarding my problem. But the problem increasing day by day as the warm days are coming . If the electricity come the voltage is so low that it is of no use neither the fan nor the CFL is lighten.
So what is use of electricity students have to face many problem they cant studied properly. It is my humble request to u plz take some action regarding the problem . And tell me one that village people are not human beings or u r not thinking them as a human being .Why their a difference in giving facilities to a city members and in facilities of village human .

I want some feedback as soon as possible otherwise i will not silent .

Electricity — wrong / access billing

This is to MAHAVITRAN [ MSEDCL ] we have our company C.G Ineternational located in Plot No. D-182/4, MIDC ,Village - Shirwane , Navi Mumbai - 400 705. The said company is closed since 2009 and hence the consumption of our Electricity is very minimum. To surprise we have recd a bill dated 4th Jan ' 2011 for the month of Dec '10 for Rs. 271110.

We have already made offiicial complaint to the concern department but no reply. Infact even for the month of March ' 2011 we have recd a current bill amount of Rs. 45,500 /- when the consumption is nil.

After making complain again and again their is no response. we would like to look into the above matter and do the needful .

Want electricity bill of year 1993-94
I Live in Swayambhu Hanuman nagar, Kannamwar Nagar no. 2, Vikhroli (E), mumbai 400 083. As per SRA Development Scheme (punarvasan yojna) builder has asked for old electricity bill for the year 1993-94. But I dont have it, old bills as it has all damaged due to flooding on 26th july 2005. So I want duplicate bill for the year 1993-94. I visited the nearby office of reliance energy but the officials are refusing to give the copy of old bills.

Since last few days we are not getting power suply at all...

I totally agree with the situation but we are totally helpless, protest in front of power distriubution center would not be the solution. We need to take this in front of the media like Aaj tak, Sahara, or India TV etc. They can definitely play a good role in helping us to take our voice to the right authorities. From my end I am trying to search the right route to raise this issue in front of the electronic media.

Still the problem remains... is there a logbook of power cut that they maintain and is open to public. We should file an RTI as to what is the process to covey Power Cuts, and if there is a cut, who authorizes and who logs it down .

today BJP President Mr Rajnath Singh has visited to shalimar garden to sort out the problem but i believe BSP has taken it other way and problem of power has become worse to worst. there is no administration...

I am afraid that our electricity is routed to industries and we are facing load shedding.!!!

Totally agree with Vivek on this. We do not have power in Mayuri Nagar from 7:00 PM last night. Its shocking to see that no one is bothered to act on it when there is no power in an area for more than 23 hours.

power cut — Power cuts in vaishali

Dear Sir

There is a long hours power cuts in vaishali. Also when power is there voltage is too low that even fans can not run properly. Now when summer season is on full stream some relief from these power problems must be there.

As said the place really sucks ! I have inlaws who are sr citizens and my FIL is heart patient.
Also I have a small baby at home. The power cut really tests our patience .

but my first doubt is - is this site any useful. is anybody looking into these complaints ?

Dear sir, I am a resident of Munirka,South Delhi. I want to express my point because of long hours power cuts. After every two days there is a power cut in our area. Today i.e. 5 th nov there was a power cut from 9.30 morning to 1:30 afternoon. I dont understand the reason behind it. Weather has changed there is no huge requirement of electricity nowdays,No AC's are working,then why there is 3-4 hours power cut? Sometimes I feel so bad bieng a resident of Delhi.the capital of India who cannot supply continuous power supply. 3-4 hours power really means something. We are not living in village.You must do something....this is not acceptable at all

I already spoken to Mr Shewalkar (Jr Enginner, Dehuroad), Mr Shewalkar (Section Enginner) but found no luck in getting the problem solved. Unfortunately either these people are helpless or simply ignore the consumer problems.

But the suffering people like us should unite and raise the voice against these people at higher level.

We the people of palam Dwarka ( Raj Nagar-II, Near D.D.A Park) area are facing the problem of power cuts from 8-9 hrs on daily from last six month.

Please look into the matter to resolve the problem.

I am a resident of Balaji Market, Ward No-6, Mehrauli.. Here I really don't understand that on what basis the power cuts are made.. In Mehrauli.in and around the area of PEEL KHANA, WE ARE FACING THE POWER CUT PROBLEM FOR ALMOST 8-10 HRS A DAY.. It is certainly of no doubt that I am complaining about this because I already made its prediction in the winters while making a power cut complain.The elections are recently completed and the GOVT SAYS INDIA IS PROGRESSING.. Does a country progress only on the basis of GDPs??? Are facilities to a common man of no relevance in the determination of progress??? I don't say at all that the the govt has done nothing good.. It has... But while enjoying their lives of gifted air conditioners the ministers just cannot know how we go through this miserable hell on a daily basis.. I dont say that the solution is to abuse the govt but to make them realise that they are not rulers.They are just the servant of the country and the public and thus they should serve us well...
