I recently visited Empire restaurant near Madduru on the way to Bengalore,
One of the staff was not ready to take order and also he is like I will take how much I want that much time time to serve food, when we ordered two chichen biriyans and one veg biriyan, after 30 minutes wait When I asked why it is getting delayed then he said 5minutes, then he served 2 chicken biriyans only when I asked where is veg beriyan then he said 5minutes very rudly again after 10 minutes I asked still he was saying 5 minutes in very rude voice, then went to manager there and asked about my veg beriyan, then they served so, I have to fight for 45 minutes to get my order

Empire restaurant in maddur is cheating customers by serving baracuda (Kolachi) fish instead of seer fish (Anjali or surmi).. I had a very bad experience in this oultet.. The waiter, manager & steward all of them are not agreeing.. I have been a customer for a decade with empire and my favourite fish is seer.. Just to have that i come to empire. Bangalore empire oultets are really good.. The one in maddur is cheating it's customers... They charged me 450rs for baracuda fish.. I will attach the picture s for reference... Never go to empire again...

Empire restaurant is sending too many irrevelant sms without any unsubscribe option.

I am tired of their messages and they dont have common customer care number where i can complaint.

Kindly look into the matter and stop them for sending 8-10 messages in a day.

Usually all the companies has the unsubscribe option as per the promo message rules. But they don't give such options and i am fed up with their sms.

Empire is torturing public, by distributing its unsold product for free on heavy bills. Ice Tea is most tasteless product manufactured by lipton. Facts of Keralaites. Believe it or not. Our intelligent malbaari restaurnt most selfish people roaming with gold with lot of business benefits. Food is good : only mutton raan, grilled chicken (ONLY at koramangala branch) Don't take of R T Nagar, Mutton Raan is good at R T Nagar branch. They will give you Lipton Icea Tea for free lolz. Please don't take it throw it back. It can be eligible for most worst product which is tasteless useless product for free. Throw outside that ice tea bottle's. suggestion to empire stop increasing prices and provide tasty food change your biriyani taste biryani rice taste. you made bangalore tasteless.

I had visited empire restaurant 80ft road hal 2nd stage next to bsnl, indiranagar. . Ordered a biriyani rice along with white rice dal tadka. . .

They charged me more than than the bill. . . Resolved it (Have pc to prove)

The biryani rice consists of noodle strangs where street vendor s use. . . We paying for rice and they mix these type. . .
I have send complaints to the said number in the menu. . . With pic, , [protected] no response from them
