I got my bike serviced on 25th April, 2022 at Ess Aar motors. Jhandewalan, Katol Bagh. Under labour charges in the bill column they charged Rs 472 for both wheel Truing and R& R swing arm for Rs 501 it's under labour charges, Normal bills come around 1300 but I paid Rs 2818 . And still while kick starting yesterday I heard different kind of sound. Which never heard before. I need reimbursement for my bill amount which is bring over charged....

i'am here to registered my complaint regarding just dial leads. as we had taken the plan from you guys for royal enfield bullet new purchasing leads but from last 15 days we guys are not getting a single lead from you.. i already registered a complaint on your customer care no. but no such response from you guys. if you will give us this kind of service then we are sure we will not continue this plan further....

I have booked my Royal Enfield bullet on 19-Nov-2015 with ESS AAR Motors, 1E/13, Jhandewalan Ext, New Delhi-110055. They had asked for 2 months of maximum time period of delivery. After one month, they start sending notification on my mobile of weekly delay for 7 days. Then i received call on 20-Feb-2016, that i can take delivery of bike on 21-Feb-2016 i.e. Sunday.
