I vaijayanti bundela m/o tanishka bundela have purchased Extramarks online learning program for my daughter last year in the month May-June 2022 from there executive who had visited my house and at the time of admission I was told that if my daughter was not satisfied with the program in that case I can even opt for a refund.
And in that due time it self i.e 7 days I had informed the lady regarding the same.
But the cancellation...

Extra marks com is useless com. I had taken a package for XI and XII for my son Anmol Gupta. They told me when we are needed, they help us. But now after many calls, they did not pick up the phone. We are not getting any type of help. On calling Customer care, the reply is raise the issue through the registered Email ID which was wrongly entered by the executive of extra marks as well as already the related school has been changed. So we are unable to use the email ID.
My suggestion is not to take any package from them.

During the time of registration went two agents of the Extramarks came at our house. They told us about the 8 days free trial which was included in the batch, we were approaching . so he had taken 8000rs as a registration fees and without giving full information he had taken loan from bajaj finance app . After this they said if we will not like the batch then in the upcoming 8 days we can apply for refund. but when we join the batch there...

I have taken subscription for my two child study.
After subscription we are facing in loging and not responding on given details. We contact who approach to us for subscription. He tailing he is resign from extra Marks and resolve our problem.
My child is not attending online classes and per month payment is deducting continue from my credit card. I want to stop this subscription and release my payment. Please look the matter and take necessary. Subscription ID is [protected]

A year or 2 year back a agent of their company came to our house to do counselling after that they told us to buy their extramarks courses witch costed 80, 000 Indian rupees. We bought their courses and they gave us 2 tab s and some micro sd cards. and they said that once your daughter will use it its license will be renewed so your brother could use it. After 2 year we noticed that the card that he gave for 8 th class was not working. and...

This is to inform you that I had met your sales executive Ms.Snehal on 15th March after her continuous insistence and followup.After discussing in person the same day she asked me to pay a token amount of Rs.4800 to her google pay, but i was not sure about taking up the course and told her that will be able to take a decision only after discussing and taking a consent from my husband and daughter whose boards will be over only on 18th March .Then she told no problem you can pay the token amount of 4800 and if you are not interested within 10 days of cooling period will refund the amount back.She took my bank account details for Zest Money as i told her that later even if i go ahead with the course i wont be able to make the course fee upfront so she suggested to give the details to process thru EMI with Zest Money if i am taking up the course

On 19th March I called Snehal and informed her that I will not be taking up the course as my daughter is not interested in online classes, so asked her to do the cancellation. Later after few days i got a validation call from extramarks and i informed the same to your tele executive from validation dept that i have asked Snehal for cancelling the transaction hence there is no purpose of validation.All this conversation reg the validation call i informed to Snehal also and asked her to process the same asap .Then she told due to lockdown all offices are closed and the refund will happen only after the lockdown is over.So i told her its fine but make sure its done on prioirity and keep me posted.

Now for last 4 MONTHS i am getting daily 3 SMS and 2 phone calls from Zest Money saying EMI due, pls pay. I informed Zest Money reg the whole issue but they are saying that a cancellation mail should come to them from Extramarks reg this .I informed Snehal reg this but there is no response from her.So today I called up your toll free number and raised this issue with Ms.Krishna in Bangalore and Mr.Gangesh in Noida office.They have raised a complaint no.1386157.

This is to request you to process the cancellation and confirm the same with Zest Money .As discussed with your customer support persons Ms.Krishna and Mr.Gangesh, they will be processing the same in 24 working hours.

This organisation is totally fake. They registered me twice... First time (Deepak ram, rishabh, somen) they got my loan done from bajaj finance, me not knowing about paying the emi... Product not given... The bajaj finance team reaching my house threatening me and my family for not paying the emi. I paid the emi, even after that did not get any response from extramark. Luckily one of my collegue was contacted by them and he told about me then they called me. They got my registration cancelled, told that the paid emi will be refunded but yet to happen. On request by the persons from extramark aditya and arjun again got registered, paid rs.70, 000 through bajaj finance, this time got all the papers, but till date did not receive the product. And there is no point writing or calling them because no one responds.
Feel this type of organisations should be blacklisted... They are making fool of people... They take the money keep it for some months and refund. Maybe they utilise the corpus in other markets. Because the amount they charge and for 100 customers would definitely give them crores of money to launder.
They even do not share the contacts of any responsible guy.
Seems this is a big racket going on for misusing the money collected by parents and finance agencies.
I have been troubled a lot with them...
My both children studies got affected because of this. Had been waiting from december and this people have just been making me run here and there.
Need strict action and compensation for the loss of studies and also the interest amount for the money funded approx 1.8laks.
