My washing machine was giving trouble and I had placed a complaint (28/07/2019) via phone with Retunenow.in a multi brand service centre which identified itself as a Samsung authorised service centre. I had issues in inlet and drain issues (error 4 and 5 as displayed on the machine). I searched for microwave door service repair online. I got this number[protected]. And booked for the repair.. A person name rahil and rehman came and took the oven for repair. He took 3500 rs for repair and just showed that the light is on and it was working. But as soon as he left we tried again to see but it wasn't working. When we went to the address (Immafihalli main road whitefield near keb) mentioned in bill, there was no such office existing in that place. When we call they disconnect saying it as a wrong number. A strict action needs to be taken on this case. These are frauds who are working on the name of door step service.
