      I order with fassos second time, they are fraud company btm mr murthy is the manager i waited more than 2 hours to recieve my order after that also order is not placed, because restranut owner hasnot prepare it. My money is deducted on[protected]. As per a rbi guidnace it has to come 3-10 days but now it is 15 days but no reply.

        Sir i had done a transaction of rs 280 on fassos bit due to technical failure the transaction failed and money got deducted from my account. I have all proof of the payment and talked to company about this but they denied to refund saying they didn't receive it. They are passing on the payment interface phonepe through which i make the payment but phonepe said the transaction is successful and money is successful credited to fassos account. Please check the matter

          On 14/9/19 Faasos blocked my account for raising a complaint of poor quality food delivered on 13/9/19 for which an email was sent with attached photos.Faasos cc Kiran accepted the complaint as genuine after verify the photos.
          Even after accepting the complaint Faasos neither replaced nor refunded.
          I am an Elite member of Faasos.
          Almost Rs.1500 is blocked in my Faasos wallet.
          Faasos not willing to unblock my account..nor refunding my wallet money.
          Wallet money expires by 30/10/19.
          Faasos kitchen dept. has not even once called me back to resolve the issue.
          I want Faasos to compensate heavily for doing FRAUD and harassing me.

            It happened on 10th Oct. 2019, I had ordered a chicken and a veg rice bowl at 1:05pm. the delivery guy said he met with an accident therefore i should reorder, which i did. Its been 3hrs and I did not receive the order. The first order id #[protected] was cancelled, and order #[protected] has not been delivered. I an getting harassing calls from Faasos to cancel my order.

              Ordered food (Paneer biryani) from faasos with order no 30513630, but got chicken biryani! They delivered the order with a paneer biryani veg tag on it until i opened the box and took a bite i got to realise that it's not paneer then i asked my friend to see it and he told me that it's chicken. I am a hindu brahmin and haven't had egg in my whole life but now they made me eat chicken. I do like to tell that food has a religion and if you can't respect anyone's religion and belief you should shut down your business!!

                I was trying to order from fassos android app, on the time of payment it redirected me to payment gateway which was phonepe. But after payment got confirmed, the app suddenly stopped working. When i restarted the app, there was no order placed. I raised a ticket, but did not got any reply from fassos.

                  Hi,

                  I ordered chicken & paneer biriyani from Faasos Nizmpet and also gave spl instructions to provide me 2 extra gravy packets. But they didn’t provide me what I requested and top of that they say they won’t provide Michi ka salan for biriyani’s. How come a restaurant not provide gravy item for Biriayani’s. This is very strange and bad experience with Faasos. Also, I talk to Swiggy CUSTOMER CARE and the guy I spoke says that this is not their responsibility and the delivery agent never check the food packs. So if the delivery guys don’t check the customer orders and spl instructions then we should eat whatever we get (###)! This was very bad and unexpected answer I got from Swiggy’s customer executive. After listening to this kind of irresponsible answers from restaurant and customer support, I had go get the gravy packets by myself as the restaurant is around 2.5 km radios to my house. If customer had to go and get the food delivery by themselves, then why Swiggy or any other food delivery apps.

                  I request Swiggy’s management to take necessary and severe action on the delivery guy and the customer executive who gave very negligent answer to me.

                    I placed an order via Faasos app. As I moved towards the checkout page and made a payment through PhonePe app, the payment was successful and is deducted from my account. After this when I saw the "Your Order" page it said, "You have no orders". I have the transaction id of the order and Order Id i.e., I am attaching the screenshot of the payment. I have emailed them but I got no reply from them.

                      I have ordered biryani for my family, FAASOS Aroid App showed 40 mints. After 1 hour I filed complaint that we didn’t get our food but nobody from their customer care call me and they didn’t show any concern as well I have waited more than 2 hours but no food came no call from FAASOS about late delivery they were happily living and enjoying their life and me and my family waiting for food with empty stomach at last my children start crying so we decided to go in hotel. We went hotel at 11 pm my one child sleep empty stomach while going to hotel. My family were so update that day they never enjoyed hotel food as well. FAASOS ruin my family dinner. My humble request and suggestion to all if you love your family don’t even think to order FAASOS food.

                          I have placed several orders from Faasos in March, 2019 month. But most of the time they deliver orders as per their convenience.

                          Orders delivered are messed up. Missing item have been delivered several times. Orders are delivered late frequently. There are other issues at times as well.

                          I have brought this up with the concerned team at Faasos, and gave asked them for a permanent resolution, but on several occasions I have not received the satisfactory response from them.

                          I have been fed up of the follow ups and requesting them to take care that issues are not repeated but they keep recurring.

                          Hence, I am bringing these issues up here as a last resort in hopes to get a proper resolution and response from them for once and all.

                            . I ordered on 11th nov from faasos. Order id is 15863263.in my wallet there was 125 rupee. So when i order i use that 125 rupee and remaining 189 rupee i paid through amazon pay. Now due to technical issue that order convert in cash on delivery and they cancel it.
                            I take so much follow up, and much follow up they provide only 125 rupee which was there in my wallet. For remaining 189 rupee, they are not even responding even i mailed many times.

                            Still almost 1 month to happen they are not even interested to revert my mail.

                              I placed an order on 18/11/18 at 8:37 pm. The company claims to deliver the order in 35 minutes. The delivery time is already over and it is currently 9:53 pm that I am lodging a complaint on this portal. Neither I am able to connect with Faasos customer care nor I am receiving any call from them. On their end they gave me online credits. What about the communication to the customer if the placed order is going to be delivered or not? Worst experience of placing an order!

                                I had a faasos account. I was a regular customer of their's, and hence i used to use promocode to get cadhbacks. I had some 900 rs with them. Generally i used to order and pay using my bank account. One day, i decided to pay via those credits. The order was late so i complained to them. Now i don't know why they blocked me after that order. Either they were unhappy because i complained over twitter or they were afraid that i will use all my credits. I think the main reason is the 2nd one. I request you to tell them to unblock me so that i atleast use the remaining credits. They have eaten up my money

                                  On oct 15 at around 5:35 pm, i was placing an order at faasos website. The payment method i selected was paytm. It took a very long time and my browser screen went off.
                                  The amount was deducted from my account and when i reopened the browser, the order was not placed.

                                  I contacted their support email, [protected]@faasos.com, address twice but no one responded back.
                                  I checked with my payment gateway provider and they confirmed that amount has been successfully transferred to vendors account.
                                  Even after my multiple follow up with faasos, they are not refunding my money.

                                    Order has been modified post confirmation and still not delivered after more than one hour, there is no information on delivery and the contact numbers are not reachable, this is highly unprofessional service, and this has happened twice with me

                                    We are not aware what has happened, will it be delivered or it has gone to universe, no option to track, this is like bullying your customers

                                    At least they should have informed us whether should we wait to eat or cook or order from somewhere else and what has happened to the payments made???

                                      Hi my registered number with you is [protected] yesterday i ordered at 8.40 pm order number #8200626 where the manager of your bodakdav (Ahmedabad) branch took the order and told me that as they have rush in delivery the delivery will be late by another 30 min then the normal time i agreed for the same and placed my order at 9.40 pm i called the number[protected] he confirmed me that the delivery boy has just taken the packet will reach soon from 10.15 till 10.50 pm i contacted this person again and again but he did not pick my call even one time then at 11 pm the delivery boy came to my home the entire food was cold and the paper was sticking with the food when i denied to pay for this the delivery boy tried calling the same number 10 times at 11.25 finally that person picked up the call and said the food is cold na so keep it their only and come. This was really pathetic as at 11.25pm where would i go for fresh food this was never expected from faasos. I was a regular customer of your for the last 2 years but this act of your executive has really make be negative for faasos

                                          I have 400rs credits in my faasos account with regd email id-([protected]@yahoo.in) though i placed an order using the credits without intimating me of cancellation they didnt honour my order and moreover when i'm asking the reason for cancellation they are saying we have no authority to answer you and finally my account has been blocked i didnt cheat them in anyway.atleast expecting an answer why my account has been blocked.Hope this issue gets resolved faster

                                            This happened on 23rd august, 2016. This was not the first time i had ordered from faasos, i am an elite customer. The order was charged but not placed. So i called up the customer care service, and upon enquiry, was given the order details and was assured that my order had been placed. 50 mins later, i call faasos again, and they, very conveniently, said the order had not been placed. Upon numerous requests, they did not connect me to the person who had lied about it in the first place. After which, the head of the call centre, mr francis, had the nerve to tell me to either order again or nothing can be done.
                                            My issues:
                                            1) i need refund (Might get generated automatically)
                                            2) i want mr francis to claim full responsibility for what has happened and want action to be taken against him.
                                            3) i need faasos to come forward and give an official apology for the rude and disgusting service of their employees.

                                              Today morning 7th may 2016, i had ordered keema pao with mueseli breakfast from faasos.
                                              The bread/pao delivered looked really bad. It had black marks on it, clearly fungi has grown on it. The bread had gone bad.
                                              I am angry, dissapointed at this dismal service from faasos.
                                              I want compensation and their assurance that this wont happen again and that they would implement stricter quality control of their food.

                                                I placed an order with faasos restuarant on April 9, 2016 in bangalore via online and the order no is 730406 and the order amount is Rs.357. After placing the order due to delay in delivery i called them and cancelled the order. They informed me that refund would be credited in 2-3 working days but i didn't receive the refund till now. Everytime i call the customer care they ask me to wait 2-3 days repeatedly. By calling them i spent more than Rs.100 in mobile balance. It is highly unacceptable that they are so irresponsible in solving my problem by provifing the refund.
                                                The app states, under the Invite & Order section, that a person will get Rs.100( or 100 credit), off as soon as the guy who it shares to will order its first meal .
                                                But the credits are actually given 24 hours after he has placed the order.
                                                This doesn't make any sense, they should write the complete information in their app.

I received a call saying the item is anot available, and requested them to refund the amount. Till now the money is not refunded despite many promises.

                                                    We ordered via Paytm on faasos using offer Faasos claimed to provide. Not only we were unable to apply the offer, after successful cancellation of order they haven't returned back our money, This was to come in paytm wallet.Order Id # 48429.
                                                    We have been following up several times, and each they say that they will confirm with respective outlet, and then provide.
                                                    This is very embarrassing, and harassment of customer rights.
                                                    I would like them to fined heavily, and request to completely close their operations. These guys are thugs, and very irresponsible.
