We ordered 2 lehngas from their website - https://www.febdeal.in and as per what they have shown lehngas look nice from their websites.

However what we received today is all totally different.

At their website 14k lehngas are shown at 699/- and we knew something is wrong and searched...

I ordered one lehenga of white color, price was 14k as mentioned in the website and i got special deal at 699+ transportation which was 96% off on actual cost, which cost me 862 in total, i ordered in cod and i recieved the percel on time, but when i opened the parcel i found a torn old purple color saree, not...

A big # fraud company.. I ordered two kurtis from this website of 499/- each and what i recvd was utter nonsense product which i cant even use because i have rcvd two sarees in such a bad condition that even beggar won't accept it for use.. When applied for refund, the fake msg what i recvd was your refund will be initiated in 10 days and refund will be directly credited into your bank account which i never recvd.. Plz somebody help...

I have ordered a kurti & saree but got delivered cheap quality & used product. Such a horrible it is. It costs me around 1080rs and at the time of refund they have sent the below mentioned message:

Hi, your return and refund request for order no 57246 received. Refund amount 1080 will be initiate in 10 working days. Thank you.

I ordered a readymade dress and a semi-stitched lehenga, worth rs 1300. What i got is 3 pieces of some very cheap, thin transparent cloth. I have also filled up the returns form. I ordered 2kurtis rs.969 & received 2old saree. (www.febdeal.in) i tried to contact them on given contact number but it is not reachable.
I wrote them two email but no response. Then i got to check few consumer complaints about febdeal and i noticed almost same situation with other consumers. None has received the actual product, instead, a cheap piece of cloth. Now, i am pretty sure that febdeal

I ordered (order no 56460) for two Kurtis and two dresses, but they sent four packets of very cheap quality clothes and saree in these packets. They send the packets which were returned from anywhere else, as address of someone else pasted on it.
So, I am requesting you to please look into the matter and provide me clothes as per my order or arrange the refund of amount....

I had ordered for 1 kurti n 1 suit from this website I got SMS and all details n even the pdt was delivered on time...but the product was entirely different from what I had ordered. There were two torn used sarees.
