Hi Team, I booked a laundry service wash and ironing with bill no 13216 on 13th Feb 2017 and when I got my clothes one pant was misplaced and I returned it to the delivery boy and informed him get my pant, till date they are not able to get my pant after calling several times to the customer care and one more no.

Please let me know how to resolve this.

i am mr viraj mg from udupi karnataka with mobile number being [protected], getting lot of bulk promotion messages from Bangalore based online laundry service FABFRESH for every half an hour.several times i informed them not to send messages as it irritates me alot, buh due to their irresposibility they are unable to process my request. so m pleading you to take action against them as it realy made ma mental situation...

We booked ironing service from fabfresh. 48 clothes for ironing has been picked up. They say 12 hour, but took 2 days n we are still waiting for delivery.

All our plans had to be dropped because of non-delivery to their 12 hr promise.
Customer care not responsive, chat on their app no one on their side had clues what is going on. They keep saying we'll call back. But no one calls back.

Please help us...
