Dear Facebook/Meta Team,

I am writing this complaint because my personal Facebook account was *permanently disabled without any valid reason*, and I have not received any response despite submitting my official documents and multiple appeals.

Here are my account details:

I have been using this account since 2015, and it contains many important memories, contacts, and documents. Suddenly, I was logged out and shown a message that my account is permanently disabled due to violating Facebook’s Community Standards — *but I did not do anything that violates any rule*.

I have already submitted:
- Government-issued Passport ID
- Multiple appeal forms via the official Facebook links
- Even attempted contacting Facebook through other social media channels

However, *no support or reply has been given* so far. I believe this is a mistake from the system or an automated ban that should be re-evaluated by a human reviewer.

I request the Facebook/Meta team to kindly *review my case manually*, verify my documents, and help me recover my account.

June 10th: I saw an ad on FB Marketplace for washing machine [ https://m.facebook.com/marketplace/item/[protected]/?ref=browse_tab], and they were selling under the name of Army Services.

They told me they are selling Washing machine and bed for 10k, which I paid to the seller. But after sometime they demanded for extra 5k, after too much of quarrel, we finally paid him extra 5k, which in total i paid 15k.

Now they aren't responding and I want my money back. Please help me.

This is the complaint against said CISF Officer at Airport Sumit Kumar (phone no:[protected]) Posting ad on Facebook reg sale of his personal belongings because of his transfer - selling AC, Laptop, TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Sofa, Bed, Almirah, Dining Table, Cycle, Etc.
I msgd him for 4 items - laptop, Refrigerator, AC & Washing Machine negotiable price. He demanded making total - INR 32, 000. He asked me to send home delivery address. He asked me to pay INR 4, 000 as booking amt on given [protected]@ptyes UPI ID named after JITENDRA KUMAR MEENA. I paid 4000rs by phone pe to Sumit Kumar. Then he sent me attached delivery rcpt & sent me delivery boy contact no ( Shanta Kumar phone no [protected]) & asked me to contact him for delivery place & time confirmation. Shanta Kumar asked me transfer (GST + PL amt) - INR 9500 that I need to pay at security check point. After lots of argument I asked him to deliver the products at home address then I will pay the remaining balance amount INR 28, 000. But he refused it and said call to Sumit Kumar reg INR 9500. Sumit told to pay the amount 9500rs other wise products will not be delivered. Finally Sumit said that your INR 4, 000 had bounced and money will not be refunded. I asked called him many times for returning the amount but Sumit had no response to my phone calls.

I have taken the screenshots while chatting with Sumit and I have bill, courier receipt, Id cards and amount transactions. I am attaching all the screenshots.

I here by request you to kindly investigate the fraud, strict action against these fraudsters & please help me to get my money back.

My free fire account has been suspended recently without any reason. I sware that i have not used any hack or third party application to cheat in game. My id is just suspended suddenly but i don't know why, i have spent a lot of money on my free fire account and there are a lot of afforts on my id, please review my account once again and recover my account as soon as possible...

Im trying to update my payout method from last 18 months however Facebook payout support team not releasing the payments even though updating multiple times account details with accurate bank details and swift codes. I have contacted Facebook meta business support team multiple teams and escalated to ombudsman. However, there is no resolution.

whenever I update details, its ask to wait 15 days after that again its get rejected. actually the thing is after META got introduced no user able to update payouts and lakhs o[censored]sers are facing same problem in INDIA.

I demand 100% of my pending payment componsation from Facebook as its there software issue and I got punished for 18 months though following actual procedure.

Today I have received a call from a cisf guy named sudheer Kumar oberoy icard no[protected] he told me about to sell his scooty after that by the name of paper work he took 3000 rupees from me and assured me to deliver the scooty at 2000 hrs at 1930 hrs he asked again 4000 rupees after my refusal he tries to threaten me and told he never returned my money do whatever u can nobody can touch him in this country.

My name is Kumar Chaitanya. I want to complain about Facebook for the scam that happened to me on the Facebook ad account I have which is Chinuwon Store [protected]. On 29th of Sept. I created a Facebook ad campaign under the same ad account. I tried to add funds to it and added 4000INR but the transaction got failed. I tried again for the 4000INR but the transaction failed again. Facebook clearly shows that the transaction has failed. But later I found out that Facebook has deducted 8000 INR from my account but it clearly shows that the transaction had failed in Facebook. I tried contacting Facebook but they thought that I am talking about 4000 USD instead of INR and rejected my appeal. This is the height of injustice. How can an employee get confused with currency? It has been 5 days but my issue has not been solved. I digested the fact that I got cheated by facebook and can not get my money back and thought of just publishing the ads but facebook says to add payment information first. I added the payment information again despite having 8000 INR in my ad account which facebook took from me by illegal means. It says the payment has been added but then it shows that ad campaign has been failed because no payment information has been found. I mean, I just added the payment information and it cleary shows that it was successfully added. At this point I can say that I have been scammed by facebook and it;s more like suicidal to me because of the injustice I am facing. I have not slept since 5 days and it is taxing my mental health.

Aur sumit kumar par kadi karwayi ho.

I have been blocked from Facebook marketplace for unknown reasons, I have raised a review multiple times and they have replied that the issue has been resolved but it never ever got resolved.

I am writing this incident as I have experienced it and also with an intention that it could save other 100 people from these kind of fraudulents. I have seen an ad on (Facebook Marketplace) for buying and selling cars. There was one of the person by name Anil Kumar, he had given an offer of ₹70, 000 for Alto 800 LXI (2016 model).

He said he is from Bangalore only but resides in Pune and he is from Indian Army. He told me that he can deliver the car from his side to my address, I can drive and get it checked from any mechanic if all good then I can accept or if I don’t like it I can return it. I agreed because of this.

Later he asked that i have to pay 3500 for delivery charges. I told him clearly that I can’t pay it now, he can send it from his side and I can pay later when I like the car. He said it’s not possible to to generate a slip for delivery without paying the amount. He insisted to trust and send because he had shared his ID as a proof. So, after a conversation I agreed for only ₹1000. After sometime he again insisted for ₹1000 stating that he has no money from his side and he will pay half but I have to pay half of that. I agreed and sent 1 more thousand. He then sent a delivery receipt after sometime.

Today, his delivery person (Sahil Kumar) called and said that the GPS in the car is not working and for that to be replaced they need ₹9999 and he is at a Tumkur office. I asked him why should I pay when this is the senders responsibility but he did not agree and said to talk to him and immediately pay the amount otherwise they cannot deliver the car and it will be on hold for 6 months and they will report a case in “Cyber dept”. I asked him why is that and for what does the case be logged n all and he only responded that it’s a “Indian Army’s” rule and they have to adhere to it. I poorly agreed after convincing but after sometime he again called me and asked that I have to pay ₹14999 for “Gatepass” otherwise they won’t allow the car to leave the office. I had refused to pay but they again tortured me about strict rule and the car won’t be on hold and previous amount will not be refunded before 6 months and also case will be reported n all.

Both (Anil and Sahil) then told that it will only be for taking the slip. Once the gatepass slip is generated, they will refund the amount back to my number on UPI. I had to somehow agree to it but they later asked to pay another ₹24000, I refused on their face and asked them to return it. I was shocked about this and called the bank to report that this could be a fraud and also called “Cyber Crime Dept” to report this. Please help me to get the amount back please.

Also, please help in addressing if there are any such rules for transportation of goods in Army transport. If so, is it not the senders responsibility to pay if any amount is to be paid ? Why were they demanding so much from reciever ? Also, car will be on hold for 6 months ? And why is it that they were saying any case for us when they have done a fraud from their side ? Please advise.

I have created facebook account approx 10 years back..the mobile number entered under profile information is no longer in use.

When I am trying to login through browser for meta certification login. It is asking for two step verification code from my phone. As the number is no longer in use I haven't receive any code.

I tried code generator and even tried changing the text message to another number for receiving code. But none of these method is working

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, even that is not working.

Please do suggest me to update mobile number for two step verification or disable the two step verification without login via browser through app.

Today Facebook began giving me notifications about a Facebook page named, "Deleted page." For the category of my complaint, I chose, "Nature & Environment, " because the DEFECT in Facebook's software has an ADVERSE EFFECT on my ability to post nature photographs on FACEBOOK. My photographer's resume lists my 1-PERSON EXHIBITIONS of landscape photography at three large museums, and my group exhibitions at five small art galleries. This kind of notification from Facebook is ABSOLUTELY INTOLERABLE. The Facebook page named, "Deleted page" is spam. When the Facebook page named, "Deleted page" appears on my computer screen, my ability to perform my daytime job (nature photography) is DISRUPTED and is DAMAGED. In addition, sometimes (but not always), when I post a remark underneath a photograph posted by some other person, or underneath a comment posted by some other person, my remark is always signed, "DELETED PAGE." But the name of my FACEBOOK group page is not "Deleted Page." To repeat, my name is not, "Deleted Page." Also, I have never used the term, "DELETED PAGE" for any of my professional activities, such as exhibiting photographs in an art museum. The legal standing of Facebook asking for government issue ID is very grey. But it is also a disaster waiting to happen - for the sort of ID they are asking for is exactly the sort of stuff you do not send online. Yeah FB says they will delete the information after confirmation -but once something is out there it is out of your control and available to some hacker sooner or later.

I was trying to login to my facebook account and it asked me to submit a identity proof if its really me and facebook is forcing users to submit their government issued id cards for proof that the id really belongs to me.
