I’m Sudeshna, my Facebook account was hacked by someone. He/she is now sending vulgar messages to my Contacts which is causing harassment to me. Due to his/her mischief behaviour I’m suffering. As soon as i get my account’s URL, I’ll update here! Until then I’m providing my Email ID for further communication. Kindly take action as soon as possible and Acknowledge me regarding this issue.

I made a payment of 3500+2000 to the Facebook id tech nation but the person seemed to be a fraud and the money paid via paytm was debited from my side. My account is with Canara Bank account number[protected] and the IFSC code is CNRB0000358 at vythiri branch Wayanad Kerala. I kindly request you to refund the money paid to my account number at the earliest time possible as i have to make a payment of 2000 in the coming days for electric bill. I have been blocked out of facebook for no reason that I know.

I am unable to login my facebook account because Facebook asked Login Code for my account. Recently I have formatted my phone. I can used Microsoft authenticator app to get login code before format my phone. I missed to backup my code. So now I have registered mail id and phone number also, I can try to reset my facebook account password, after reset works here after asking login code its mean automatically turned on my two factor authentication turned on. rather than sending my ID sent to them, luckily for me, i have set my first name, a bit different than my real name. On 11 May 2022, I added my SBI VISA debit card on Facebook payments page just in case if I ever need to pay for any purchasing or selling of products, Send money to friends on messenger, running ads for my business, etc. But as soon as I entered my card details and click on 'Add as payment method', as amount of Rs.79.10 (On 11 May 2022) and Rs.79.02 (On 12 May 2022) got deducted from my bank account immediately for no reason. I did not pay or initiate any transaction from my end.

Therefore, I request a refund for a sum of Rs.158.12 (Rs.79.10 + Rs.79.02) back into my SBI bank account.

I tried contacting both Facebook support team and SBI customer care but none of them were any help. Facebook thinks that I initiated a transaction from my end but that's not true as there is no transaction history reflecting on my facebook payments statement. It's completetly blank.

I am also attaching my SBI bank statement where you can see the details required for both the transaction on 11 May and 12 May 2022.

I have my Facebook password so requesting the OTP from Facebook won't work because it is not what I need. It is the security code that i need to recieve from the Google Authentication App. I cannot get it because that info was never backed up and is now lost. My Id has been hacked and I can't able to use it anymore. I have linked my Facebook account with some of the social platform like Battleground Mobile India(BGMI), INSTAGRAM, etc. I also disagreed with there decision on 8th January 2022 (8.01.2022) but till now they doesn't review my Facebook account till now. And i wrote a lot of mails but doesn't get a reply on a single mail.

Please sir/madam look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible.

On Jan 3, 2022, My father Mr. Gopal Singh saw a post on Facebook (on page 'Banks & Finance Auction Property India') regarding the sell of Maruti Suzuki Dzire VDI 2016, after that he contacted the person through WhatsApp 'Number: [protected]' for further information. He told my father that he is in Army and wanted to sell his car as he got transferred from Jaunpur (UP) to Orissa. The initial price was Rs240000 but later they both agreed on Rs211000. Later he asked my father to transfer Rs5100 so that he will transfer the car through Army Transport Services. We sent the money to the person name 'Shiva Teli' (as he projected him that he is a Manager of transport service), Number: [protected], HDFC account no: [protected], IFSC code: HDFC0001063 After seen his all the documents we transferred the money but when he sent the receipt we realized that it may be a fraud because we didn't find any Army Airport transfer Facility on Internet. Today morning he called my father again and asked to transfer more money but we refused. He is also having my Mom's Aadhaar card, PAN Card details with Photo as he asked us this details for transferring the car. We are also afraid if he will misuse the documents in future.
So, I hereby request you to kindly take strict action regarding the same. Also, please find the attached photo as a proof of transfer of money.

I also saw an Facebook ad where a man on the name of army was selling a Hero splendor as price was attractive, i texted him and he gave me his number send some pictures.Then i texted him on whatsapp and he sent me few photos of his bike and also advised me that he can send the scooty through army courier (As he was 85kms away) for which i will not have to pay any charges. So as i was convinced i told him to process the courier and as told by him i sent my adhar card and photo to him through whatsapp. But as he reached courier centre (As told by him) he asked me to pay rs.1500 through net banking/paytm as security. If dont like the bike there will refund my amount. I didnt find this ok so i told he that i will transfer 1000 rs no and 4500 once i received the docket number.he gave me different different no. Asked pay 4500₹

He send the photo of indian army transport parcel department without ant docket number. Finally today morning when i check for "indian army transport parcel" i found this as fraud, so i am complaint here.

I am small company owner and looking to expand my horizon to get more business, So i have started to use Facebook ads and deposited almost 30, 000 INR into my Facebook business manager account.
