Sir.. Actually ye apps logo ke sath bhot bada fraud kr rhi h... Last 3 months se mera withdrawn nhi de rhi...agar inke customers care pr call krte hai. Ye hmara number block listed kr dete hai... Is apps ka owner ka name kumar Gouraw ekghara hai..jiska number [protected] hai jo ek bhot bada fraud baaz hai..Is pr b call kiya but block listed kr diya.. Sir today i make a withdrawal request from fantasy power 11 of rs 228 i wanted to take money in my bank account but by mistake i chosed option of paytm wallet amd after that i realised i have not completed the paytm kyc so i can not take any payment there and i also cant complete the kyc because i dont have any documents which required to complete the kyc so i try to contact with fantasy power 11 support through email but they not replying me so i want them to cancel the withdrawal request and to return the ammount in fantasy power 11 wallet

I am added 76 rupees and 17 rupees through Paytm UPI and phone pay but not in my account of fantasy power 11

I have withdraw my amount of Rs. 285 on dated Jan 24, 2021 at 5 :27 PM. But till now i didn't receive my amount in my Paytm wallet. My Paytm no is [protected]. Apart from this, they are not responding my calls, emails as well as whats app chat. I am following with them everyday. But no response at all. Kindly help.

Worst app i ever used, fantasypower11 is fraud app. on 23rd nov 2020 i joined contest of TEAM BUTTLER VS TEAM MORGAN and i win the contest of (winner takes all of RS.125) but my winning prize not creadited to my wallet .after i won the contest is cancelled after 12 to 15 hours and not showing completed games.
after that i again joined contest of football and i win the contest but they not declare result yet its more than 12 hours
their cuostmer service is worst they did not reply any emails

I play fantasy on fantasy power 11 and currently they are featuring flashback fantasy games.
On 4 may 2020 they held rcb vs rr match.
I joined leagues for that game and i created my team around 2:00 p. M
Around that time one player was not available for selection and i mailed fp11 regarding it and that's why i created different team on that basis.
After that they announced the match on the basis of that missing player. Which is illogical.

They cheated by adding that player later and neither they responded.
I lost my games because of that

Conducted all fraud matches in name of game of skill.

And finally took the money and chested us

Now not responding to calls not replying to emails

This fantasy power 11 team starting the betting games on ipl flashback matches and said they are following the fair play, but when it comes to reality they are not following any fair play rules, simply announcing the results based on their own invested match favorable.
When we ask about the details they are not even responding.

I need you guys to interfere and and help us. Not only me many people have been faced problem...
