I already submit my complaint against fashion clue company no action has taken yet still they are not picking the phone neither they sending the product nor they refunding money i again request you to do something regarding this matter because not only me many of people are suffering from this problem daily they are making fool of many people. They all are fraud. They gave me a call that i have to purchase the product worth rs 3000 with this they will give the assured gift but after taking money now they are not picking my phone please do something l have all proof and messages. I request you to do something regarding this matter. When i read this same thing happened to many others than i realised how they are making fool of everyone please do something...

On 13th feb 2017 tuesday, i received a call from fashionclues person saying that i am selected for some assured gift. To avail my gift, i have to make a purchase of above Rs.3000/- and then my gift will be confirmed. They accept online payment, so i transferred Rs.3289/- to their paytm number [protected] on 14th February.

After confirmation, they booked my gift of LED TV.
