I ordered one blue kurthi from fastroly.com and received a completely wrong product ( a cheap quality men's kurtha that doesn't even cost RS.100) and I tried to contact them to return the product but they are not responding. Whenever I tried to contact them through Facebook, they are blocking me and they disabled the comment section. They keep on posting very attractive dress in thier fb and insta pages, so that lots of people got cheated...

I received a totally different product that what i had i ordered in terms of look, work, color & quality. I contacted fastroly several times through mail but not a single response. I have seen several other people complaining about the same thing on their facebook page. This website just delivers any random package to customers to collect the money & then completely ignores the customer's mails. There is no phone number or customer care number.br...

The worst experience for the first time in this shopping site. I have received a complete different product than the product page. I didn't open that different kurthi also as it is visible form out side. I want the replacement of my product which i have ordered as per the product page immediately.

Please take an urgent action on that cheap website.

I had ordered two 800 rupees kurtis on cash on delivery and wrong products came, i paid 1650 rupees cash. I am sure it was planned fake products. The number i was called by delivery person was[protected]. I tried reaching back to this number after seeing fake product and the number is not working.

After i got cheated, i see many complaints about them on this forum...

I was just going through this website and one order just got confirmed and I wanted to cancel but couldn't cancel it.i sent email also to cancel but somebody called & told that I can't cancelThen I got a courier of just a fabric badly printed instead of ready-made blouse.i raised a return ticket by sending mail as there is no other way to raise it.3 to 4 times I sent mail but of no use.

I had ordered one embroidery blouse in this month & in the return policy it was said no questions asked while return.i got the delivery of just a very cheap fabric not even worth 50 Rs for which I have paid 750 on 7th April 2019.

I m sreemoyee guha sarkar, from kolkata. I have ordered for a yellow long gown kurti but got master colour normal cutting kurti with wrong size. I used to purchased online dress but 1st time i am facing horrible experience.
They don't have any contact no where we can contact & complain, only email i'd in their website, sent mail& asked for refund the kurti & want my money back but till date getting no response.

Fastroly is the fake side with no response from their end. I had ordered 1 black floor length kurti of 800 Rs. But they had delivered one cheap material blue kurti which was not their on their side too. And when I mailed them regarding this with proof of photos no one from their side replied.
Or their not even any contact no to make contact.
Don't order from this fake side..it's fraud...

I had purchased a saree of 1099/- from this website https://www.fastroly.com and received a defected, cheap product. The number of payment gateway options but while placing the order, only cash on delivery option is available. They have an elaborate return policy but actually they don't respond to customers who want to return the products over email /messanger/instagram anywhere. I brought a dress and they send me a oversized completely different dress which is of very cheap quality. I noticed that a lot of people are getting cheated. Hence i am pretty sure that there will not be any steps from the company to refund my money even if i return. Kindly do necessary steps to stop this company from cheating other people. Can somebody seriously look into this issue? Thousands of people are getting cheated by such fake websites. The review comments are also very misleading...

Fastroly is cheater..
Customers don't buy from this website.. U will be cheated.. They don't deliver what you have ordered and neither respond to your mails, i have lost my money by placing order on their website.. They send some mediocre blouse and not what is shown by them on their site..

The website shows pictures of. Blouses and mentions blouses in all descriptions. I ordered expecting a blouse as. Per. The pics provided but ended up receiving a cheap synthetic blouse piece. This is complete cheating and misleading the customers. The return is email based and i haven't rec'd any email on my return request as yet. This is a dubious business. Customers better be aware. This is complete cheating. Needs some strict action....
