I joined fini technology at 15/03/2019. I have complete my first work load of 150 pages at time but they said it is not accuracy. They are demanding to pay 10, 000 rupees according to agreement. But i do not have money so i committee suicide also at 1/04/2019. On 1/04/2019 i requested them to give another workload they accept and give another one. But on the same day night i get serious breathing problem. I went to hospital at 2'o clock on emergency. Doctor said that my esophagus is swollen. So i joined hospital for ten days. Today i discharge from hospital. I ask some more time to finish my work at least 1 week extension. For 1 week extension they said that i want to pay 8500 rupees. But i did not have money to pay i said them also they are not listening my words. I did not have time and money for submitting them. So i did not have another choice to give money so again i am thinking to die.

Please help me on this

I started my work as a data entry with fini technology (Took my adhar and digital signature) the guy never told me that if i dont finish up the work they will file legal case agaisnt me (I wouldnt have started it if that would have been the case), i am a student and to make my ends meet i picked up this work without knowing what exactly it was they lured me into it and now even though i have sent my pending work they started calling and blackmailing that if you don't pay us 10000 we will further go and will mess your future career, its a total violation and harassment. Further they sent me a legal document too, help me please.

Miss divya patil call me many times and says come to the court otherwise pay 10000 rs as per fake agreement. M complete my work with in time and with properly but this company terminate me because some spelling mistake.
Sir i m complete 150 pages. I m in loss behalf of my time. So how can possible compnay not paid my correct pages money. So please help me and take a action because it's a fake company

A company named fini technology had called me and asked for part time data entry job. So i asked about the procedure, then they give information 1. Registration fee of rs300.
2. Complete 150 pages which had to be finished in 15 days.
3. Out of 150 pages minimum 130 pages to be correct.
4. If i am not able to submit within time then they said i have to pay 10000 to them.
5. 28800 is your salary.. And 10000 rs will be cut as a deposit from your first salary.
So, on the basis of this information i agreed to work with them, i paid rs.300/- by paytm on [protected] on 18th march 2019.
After that they send me one agreement apk installation link.
I download the link & open the application. On the same i have uploaded my aadhar card & pan card details.

I contacted on the whats app with the lady for the agreement application, then she said accept the agreement. But there is no preview of the agreement.
I asked for the same she said "it is same as i communicated on the what's app" which is as mentioned above. So, i pressed accept button.
After the pressing accept button i received mail with agreement.
Which is without any date signed.
In the same the terms & conditions are different as mentioned above.
So, i started the work.
Sir i have finished my 150 pages but they said it is not correct. And asking for 10000 rs..

I asked for the details they provided me details as below

After that they started to harass to pay rs. 10000/- for two days.
So, i again reviewed agreement done with them and i found that its fake agreement.
So i searched about the company on the net and found company is also fake.
I am doing 150 pages work very hard. Its consumed my time as well as my money.
So, as per the above details i want raise a complaint of harassment and fraud.
I want rs.50000 compensation against the same.

I am out of town, i joined fini technology with a registration fee of 300.
The company took all my personal details (Aadhar card, address, mail, mobile, signature photo and a video confiration) and enrolled me in hurry after taking all these details in prior they later gave the agreement which has a new clause saying i have to pay 10000 in case of not doing work which i never accepted but they say now agreement is made you have to accept.
They have already made sure of my acceptance without giving me the agreement before and they have included a clause saying i have to pay 10000 in the event of me not doing work. They have provided with such a low resolution data which cannt be able to see how can somebody work.. But as the agreement was made so i have to complete it. The agreement was made on notary not on proper agreement letter
I submit the project within 15 days. Fini technology guys told me that they didn't get any data then we sent the data again. They sent a mail state that as you are unable to achieve your accuracy in your work, your work is rejected as per the agreement. You have to pay 10000 to the company
I told them that i need to check the data first then will give the money
But they told to give the money at that moment only otherwise they took a strict action or legal action. I told them to take a legal action so that i can satttle the amount but this is the 5 th day and i did not get any legal mail from court. I only get harassment calls from fini technology and when they call they dont want to listern they just countinusly speak and disconnet the call.
I think the company is fraud

After paying they give no objection certificate but after that evening they called me come in Maharashtra tomorrow for signature and if you not came then give to me 15950/-. If you not give me then I filled your case in Maharashtra Latur Court.
Help me sir. What can I do...

Hello sir...i took project from fini technology with 300 rs registration n they gave work through e mail id n i have completed my work with in time and after submitted the work they said ur accuracy was not correct ...so they said me to pay 9700 rs or else they will register case against us...so we paid the amount ...sir can u pls help me to refund the amount back to my account

I joined fini technology with a registration fee of 300 and now they are saying they sent me some work and i haven't received anything and it's time for the work to be completed and i did not do my job so they asking me to payback or they will file a case against me... They also sent me a message about some case being booked..

I don't have the money to pay them back.. Is this legit or am i in any trouble? Can they or did they actually book any case against me..

I successfully completed my work withing 15days but they said ur work got rejected due to errors. (70 words, actually letters out of 1, 30, 000 words mismatch). They will use my accurate work without paying. Np, but they asked me to pay 10000 as penalty.. Or else they said theyll proceed with legal department. Please help me they are forcing me to pay the amount.

A company named fini technology had given us work of typing 150 pages they need 90% accuracy in our work i had paid them 300 rupee through paytm register fees 28800 they will pay for my work and cut 10000 registeration fees. I have done my best job but they are making me fraud telling that u need to pay 10000 as per given agreement they told us that they would check our work in 7 days but I had mail them at[protected]as this is my submission date and in[protected] at 6 o clock may be they have mailed that I failed to acquire that 90% accuracy they are making me fraud what to do they have my number my adhar card and my video

But i have some physical issues i can't complete the work with the given time.
Now after 15 days they have canceled my agreement saying work is not completing and the constantly threatening me for 10000 saying they will file a case if i dont pay and are sending me some case numbers on my phone and documents on my email. They are doing fraud by taking all the work and not paying us and infact asking us to pay 10000.

Below images clearly show that the work provided was having many mistakes and some words having no visible difference (W and w, j written as i, words repeating) they make us pay for their own mistakes.

Please help me sir i am a college student and can't pay such big amount. Please help me and ban this fraud company.

He asked me to pay 300rs as regestration fee and he is very much hurried about asking my documents (Adhar, mail i'd, mobile no.) but he didn't said any details that are present on the agreement... Later in that agreement i have to pay 10000.. Of my work git rejected... I successfully completed my work withing 15days but they said ur work got rejected due to errors.. They asked me to pay 10000 as penalty.. Or else they said theyll proceed... Please help me they are forcing me to pay the amount. Why cant they reduce from my first payment.

I have 2 loan on my head currently and unable to pay them which was mentioned earlier to them and was accepted

I have seen complaints in this forum regarding the same company. They have asked my aadhar details also, I am afraid that my personal details might get misused. Please help me solve this as soon as possible as they are threating for legal action

Respected sir! Few days ago i got call from fini technology company regarding part time job data entry. They said me to register by paying 300/- after that they had forwarded me the workload and gave the time limit of 15days and they even took my id proof with photo and signature and also a video as i have completed my work within 15days now they are saying that i did not reached to the 90%accuracy without even checking my papers and daily they calling me for penality as im a student i cant effort to pay and even daily they are sending me mails and messages. And tourchering me.. I kindely request you to please help me regarding cancellation of my agreement. Such a fake company

She told me to send my id, signature and photo on their app. She told me to register fast so that she send me the typing material. On registering they send me work with agreement in which they wrote that i have to pay 10000/- of work not done. I completed my work in 15 days and submitted on time. But they email me that your work is not done you have to pay utilities charges (10000/-) otherwise legal action will be taken against me. They are harrassing me by calling and emailing. I am a housewife. I have no money to pay sir. Plz help me sir. I do whole work spending my whole time. Plz take strict action against this fraud company. Then I was sent my completed project on the due date. Then, they are verified and sent qc report. I have space errors in the finished files. They are charged for maintaining charges 10000rs. I have registered for this company, I'm just a student, that why I want to make money for my fees, cause I want to help my family that why.. They send me alot of work and a less time.. They are saying that I have to pay a charge of Rs.25, 000/- otherwise they will use a legal case in Maharashtra court.

I had joined data entry services at fini tec based on surat in hope of some income. The company made me sign a legal document signing myself as second party and them as first party. The document but does not mention any deadline of compensation for not achieving required accuracy. After completing the work they gave a report of 62 percent accuracy and demanded money within a day. On asking time, the telephonic conversation was initiated and they threatened me, not allowing to address the issue, which generated suspicion. I was alerted of scam and visited the consumer form to find many complaints against the same company. I would like to have my issue addressed and legal action taken against the company.

Sir... I joined a company as finit, they told that 300 is to pay resgristed fees and i will give work to you and submitee in 15 days. They gave me work and completed and submiteed to them and then they are telling to you are not completed your work properly and you have to pay 10000 to company. But i am student i dont have money to pay them... Can u help me and they are saying we will sent u legal department... Can u help me plz

Hi, I've joined fini Technology regarding data entry work and soon after realising that I need to pay money for not meeting the work. I've asked to cancel the work. But they didn't listen or rejected. They asked me to pay utility charges as they've sent the work and I paid for registration which is 300 Rs. However, as I had a fear I've completed the work in given time still they're asking me to pay utility charges as I didn't meet the quality and are calling me numerous times and have sent me few emails that they'll file a case. Please look into this. I don't have a single penny and that's the reason I've opted for this part time work to fulfill my needs and they're harrasing me to pay 15000 Rs now. Plz help me
