I was need in money . I'm a college student and i thought through it i'll do this job and pay for my college fees as my parents can't pay for it. I did my task within given time and god knows i spend lots time on it even quit my classes so i could finish it and now They r asking for 10k through fraud agreement. The agreement was made by them they only ask for my personal information and they made the agreement without my knowing and plz help me to terminate this agreement and I'm afraid.i have already paid 300 for registration plaza help me get out of this fraud

Dear sir/mam my name is rasmita i hv joined fini technology company they have given me 150 pgs within 15 days and i hv completed my work within given date, after submitting it, they are telling me that i have to completed and then they are asking 10000rs for not completed as per the agreement and den also i paid 10000 but still they are asking 18000 again and again, harnessing me that i hv to pay 18000 where it was not mentioned it or else they will fail the case on me and if i'm not doing work or i'm cancelling my agreement but still they are telling me if i'm not doing my work then every month i hv to pay 10000 for 11 months where it was not mentioned in that plz plz kindly help me

I had paid an amount of rs 300 to fini technology for registration in online/offline jobs of data entry. They gave me 150 pages task for 15 days but such a vast job i could complete it in time. After 15 days they called me and started asking money and they are saying i done mistakes in 20 pages. when i am calling to clarify how they taken incorrect pages. they didnt say proper reasons to me.I completed the work in time. but they asking money and they are saying they are file a case aganist me and that case number also they are sending. i really fear of case. Their frequent calling numbers are: [[protected]], I had given them my aadhar card copy and photo, signature please look into the matter. please sir.

I am srilatha. Few days ago due to my financial problems i thought of doing part time job for income. Some body from fini technology contacted me for part time. I have joined and i have completed the work within the given time. They have taken 300 as admission fee from me and with that they have made an agreement. Even i finished my work they didn’t paid me any amount and asking me to pay instead. I am not even able to that large amount. I am understanding what to do now. Can anyone please help me out to resolve me from this issue.

As i am needy and not good in financial status. Applied few of part time jobs. One of the person called me regarding opurtunity with fini technology. And they have one of the agreement which is nonsense. With that agreement they are making money from the people with the fraud. I am facing issue now presently. Can anyone save me from this. I have worked lot day and night to finish the work. Now there is no value for our work in the society until and unless these types of frauds exist.

I see a part time data entry job vacancy on net. I just ask the details on that site. Then they call me, and details are watsapp me. But, on that they give simple english model of typing. And i pay 300rs fee. And, they send 150 pages. But, in that my phonetic language are included. And it is difficult to complete in 15 days.
I contact to helpline number and i said i want to qiut this job.. They tell me to pay 10000rs fine for that. Please help me.. I want to close this job.. They are cheating me.

Hey... They promised me work and i have sent them my details... But never sent me work... But just an agreemnt saying i hav to pay 10k... Now googling abt it found its fraud... I enrolled to data entry job from fini technology. Looking at the gibberish, the non-continuity of the content, i realized this is a scam.
However, i went ahead and completed all 150 pages given to type and submitted on time. I received an email later from them that i not met
The accuracy level. I am getting calls from a person who calls himself a lawyer representing fini technology and is asking me to pay rs 10, 000/-
As i failed to meet the agreement. This person is very ill-mannered and does not know how to speak to a lady. I blocked his number.
Now i am receiving fake notices from them via email asking me to pay rs 10.000/- and also rs 5, 000/- as legal expenses.
They have a photocopy of my kyc details (Aadhar). I am afraid they might misuse it.

Please request you to help me and resolve this matter.

Hi, i had signed up for fini technology part time data entry job.
Now i cannot do the work. Its too much, but they have an agreement which they signed without even in forming me, its fine now i have to pay 10000 as the agreement. I don't know what to do. Please help me and i realised they are fraudulent and i am afraid that they will use my personal information even if i pay them the amount? I have no proof of them that they will not use my info even after i will pay them the amount what should i do? Sam very afraid and is seeking for help please help me. I have taken the work from fini technology company without realizing that this is a fraudulent company. Now, they have my id proof adhaar card photo and a video recording of mine. They have provided me with 150 pages of image articles with a payment of 190/- per page. If i am not able to complete the work i have to pay 10, 000/- towards the client. I am a student, i cant afford that amount.
Realizing that this is a fake company, now i want to cancel the agreement with the company.
Please help me with the procedure.

Hello sir, i had problem with data entry work. A company named finitech had called me.. N asked for registration fee of rs300. I paid. They had given me 150 pages which had to be finished in 15 days.. And m not able to submit within time then they said i have to pay 10000 to them... But i think they are fraud.. Dear sir / madam before seven days i got a call from fini technology on feb-27-2019, he offered me a part time job that i need to type 150 page in 15 days, and he had taken my id, signature and photo and video which contains they make a fake qr report now they asking me 10000 for next work now they call me and harass every day they tell me that they send notice on your home i take a action on that fraud company phone screen shot photo is mine sir take a strict action on this fraud company and help me please

Sir plz help me, even am facing the same problem they are telling that i should pay the charges. I have completed the the work within the time, even then they are telling that to pay. Plz help me out to overcome with this problem. And agreement is also fake sir. I was not aware that this is fraud company otherwise i was not at all entering into that company. I got a msg in a whatsapp and she offered me a job. I was in need of money so agreed to do. And even i don't know what is there in a agreement, they themselves have decided that i have accepted the agreement. This is totally a fake company. Plz help me.

Sir i have already complained about this company. But have no response from you. Please take immediate steps to avoid legal actions from them. They are now calling me through phone to pay the amount. If i am not able to pay they will take the legal action. I am also afraid of my personal details which are given to them. Please make any solution to come out of this.

I am writing this as I am facing a serious problem from a fraud company name FINI TECHNOLOGY threatening me to pay money.

2 weeks back I have applied for a job seen in Quikr about Part time Data entry job and for which I applied as I am in huge debt and need for money as my parents are hospitalised.

The very next day a person addressing as FINI Technology staff [protected] called me and offer me a work for which I need to pay Rs 300.

I paid the said amount since they told that I will get a salary of Rs 28000 after getting 90% accuracy.

They gave me 150 pages task for 15 days but it was such a vast job but still I worked day and night in hospital ( as my mother was hospitalised ) to complete the work on time time.

After submission of work 2 days later I got a mail from FINI Technology that I didn't met the accuracy level of 90%. Later I got a mail telling below :

I have replied for that mail telling my situation that I am unable to pay the money . But I could work another work and achieve accuracy . And from. that salary they can take the fine amount. They rejected it and asked me to pay the amount.

Next day I got a mail from an advocate name Sourab Shah ( [protected] ) threatening me to pay the amount . and again I replied to him my money problem. He then called me and threatened me to pay the amount in 30 minutes else he will file case against me for huge loss and all.

He asked me to pay the amount in below account :

I had given them my aadhar card copy and photo and signature please look into the matter so I doubt they will use them for some other illegal activities. . Please look into this matter ASAP.

I have registered for this company to work, but they have given me less time and a lot of work. The guy who has enrolled me has been forcing me to make it quick, in a hurry i have enrolled. After the agreement came out, they have already made sure of my acceptance without giving me the agreement before and they have included a clause saying i have to pay 10000 in the event of me not doing work. I could not do it due to health problems. Now they are harassing me saying they will take legal action against me. Please help me solve this issue.

I was approached by this company-fini technology on 2nd feb, 2019 by jiya shah by mob. No. -[protected] foroffline data entry work, she contacted me first and asked me to ping her on whatsapp, she told on whatsapp that about data entry work of 150 pages for 10 days and payment by their company rs.28000, i didn't respond to them and ignored her calls and whatspp for 10 days but but this lady chased me for 10 days and told me it's nice work, sitting at home you can work, you just have to give -2/3 hrs.. She asked me to pay 300 for registration on contract which i paid on 15th feb, 2019. When i asked if you are bluffing me she said, we will have contract wherein the company confirms your payment security, that company will pay you and nothing else on contract. Once payment done she asked me to give verification on video from phone when i asked what it is, she said simply just say "i have ready all terms and condition". Post that, they share me a link on my mail and asked to click on the link, to my surprise, - it was a digital signature confirmation. I shared my voter id card copy with them wherein i have just written my name and the word self attested, there was no signature either on voter card or on copy page. On the contract, i found that they took my half photo which was there on whatsapp profile without intimating me and forging my name on their contract. The contract was made on rs.100, no intimation about my rest 200 rupees.

Now they are demanding the payment 10, 000+3000 for wrong work sent to them, sharing me mail from legal adovate rajiv singh, b.com llb who doesn't even have the bar council number demanding money, writing words like you will be in mess if you do not respond to my call or make the payment.

Kindly help me from this fraudster who are claiming my hard earned money.
I even contacted their bank - state bank of india, ifsc code - sbin0019204, account number - [protected] wherein the bank has told that based on their audit, they have observed that this company changes it's name frequently, probably based on the complaint registered under it's name.

But as per given guidance i completed my work, but they replied me that the work was not done in with proper accuracy. Now they are demanding money as well as to finalize the case with noc. I said to submit the balance amount which was said by them before starting of work. Neither they paid me a single pany not such as stipulated amount. I tried to do some part-time data entry job and earn money and so i got contact details of fini technology private limited through rita joshi and i was asked to register with a payment of 300/- and i was asked to click on a link to sign an agreement and on submission of payment proof i was assigned my typing job the next day. After going through the job and passage of few days with the same i could clearly understand that its a fraudulent means of befooling people and now after 7.3.2019 (My due date of project submission with 90% accuracy condition, where i couldn't complete my job and hence couldn't submit also) i started getting calls from today that the said company's advocate asking for penalty due which i am supposed to pay rs 10, 000 in no time or else they said to face legal action and you need to clear the dues of the company and settle this dispute. Not settling the dispute will land up you in mess and we have to proceed this case further for an arbitrary proceedings.
Please help me out (For these people can send papers and legal notices which they have threatened to do) as to how will they seize my money. I want severe actions to be taken for stopping such malpractices and whoever is running such a company to stop them from looting innocent people in need of money.

Once ive registered for home based job in fini technology. It was a typing job. By seeing that text itself i doubted that its a fake company. Then after that i just went for reviews of that company and i just came to know that it is a fraud company, its cheting everybody like this and atlast they would charging a lawsuit agaist us. So after that im getting calls and messages that are charging against me and i have to pay nearly 40000rs. So please kindly provide me a solution to get over this
