Sir please help me as soon as possible
Hi i worked for fini technology work from home job. Without sending me a copy of agreement before they sent me a signed agrement. I have submitted the work before time and then they have terminated my id saying that u didint reach accuracy and sent qc report of only few pages. Before joining they said if i fail to do work i need to pay only 10000 but now they are asking me to pay either 22000 and continue work or pay 20000 to cancel the agreement which was not informed before has a student i vcant arrange that much money and now they are like i[censored] dont pay we will take legal action. I cant say this at home home because while joining i didnt inform. Plzz try to help me has soon has possible to cancel the bond and get my money back which i have paid. If i dont get money back also is fine but i dnt want to stay in this problem for very long.

They have given me work of 150 pages images they given me is not clear
So i ask them for other project. Because if there is mistekes they will not accept
Now they are not accepting than asking the penalty
Please help me what to do
They are saying they have agreement
And they will go legally
They are asking 10000 penalty

I have taken the work as per the advertisement and i have not yet completed the work. My submission date for the work is 14 march 2019. What will i do? I have just known the news about this company. I have given my personal datas. They have made an agreement with my photo and signature. Also as per the earliest, they also asked me to pay 10000 rupees unless my work is not completed. Please solve it as soon as possible.

I had paid an amount of rs 300 to fini technology for registration in online/offline jobs of data entry. They gave me 150 pages task for 15 days but such a vast job i couldnt complete it in time. Later after 15 days they called me and started asking money i had transferred the said amount to them. But still they are asking money and else telling me to attend the court. This is a big fraud i had paid them 17820/- as i hadnt completed the job and due to fear of case. Their frequent calling numbers are: [protected], [protected]. I had given them my aadhar card copy and photo and signature please look into the matter

I tried to do some part-time data entry job and earn money and so i got contact details of fini technology private limited from clickindia.com and i was asked to register with a payment of 300/- and i was asked to click on a link to sign an agreement and on submission of payment proof i was assigned my typing job the next day. After going through the job and passage of few days with the same i could clearly understand that its a fraudulent means of befooling people and now after 6.3.2019 (My due date of project submission with 90% accuracy condition, where i couldn't complete my job and hence couldn't submit also) i started getting calls from the said company's advocate asking for penalty due which i am supposed to pay rs 10, 000 in no time or else the text reads as follows : your case can be booked u/s 420 and section 406. You need to clear the dues of the company and settle this dispute. Not settling the dispute will land up you in mess and we have to proceed this case further for an arbitrary proceedings. Please help me out as i am worried (For these people can send papers and legal notices which they have threatened to do) as to how on earth they will seize my money. I want severe actions to be taken for stopping such malpractices and whoever is running such a company to stop them from looting innocent people in need of money.

We bought a project of 300 rupees from a company called fini technology. Sir gave as the 150 pages to finish in 15 days. Sir, we told us that the 150 pages we had bought were 28800 rupees. Sir they fixed the two days and refused to pay the money saying that they were wrong but we endured this 150 page with hard work day and night. Sir cliam that they are wrong and they have taken the whole sum. Sir please accept this complaint. Please help me...

I have registered for this company to work, but they have given me less time and a lot of work. The guy who has enrolled me has been forcing me to make it quick, in a hurry I have enrolled.After the agreement came out, they have already made sure of my acceptance without giving me the agreement before and they have included a clause saying I have to pay 10000 in the event of me not doing work.I have seen complaints in this forum regarding the same company. They have asked my aadhar details also, Iam afraid that my personal details might get misused. Please help me solve this as soon as possible.
They are saying that they will file a case in Maharashtra court

Sir i have finished my 150 pages.. But i think they are fraud.. N asking for 10000 rs.. Sir plz help me without.. They said 28800 is your salary.. N 10000 rs will be cut as a deposit from ur first salary.. Sir plz help me out with this.
Fifteen days work turned up my eyes.
If you work 15 days of hard work and send it to you, you will not be able to send us money in the last two days.

They are given me work15 days 150. Then i have called him say this is not impossible in 15 days. Then she call me after 15 days and say to according to there agreement rs 12910/- given to me & for cancel agreement given to 25510/-. I gave them 38420. After paying they give me no objection certificate but after one day they alled me come in maharastra today for signature & i[censored] not came then given to me 36000 i[censored] not give me then i filled ur case in maharashtra court. Please help me. What can i do...

I got a call from fini technology for work from home part time job. I agreed to work with it. As per their rule as they said i deposited rs 300 in their account. As per the agreement they said that there should be 90% accuracy. No where in the agreement it was stated that the accuracy will be calculated page wise and not on the overall work. Now when i ask for my money they say that the work is not accurate and are asking me to pay rs 10000. They have been harassing me by calling me from different numbers and are saying that they they will send a legal notice and file a complaint against me in the civil court. There was a call from a person claiming himself to be a lawyer named mr yashvant desai. I am kindly requesting you that please look into this matter and take necessary actions against the company and the agents involved.
