I joined fini technology data entry company a weeks ago, due to some issue i could not complete my work for 15 days so i called the company and told to cancel my agreement and for cancellation i paid rs 10000 for their utility and maintenance charges after that 3 weeks today they called me and said to pay rs 20500 should be paid in order to cancel agreement bond and should also to be present in maharashtra court.
Kindly please help with this issue

A guy urged me to do work I have completed the given work in time but they are saying that I have done wrong work and asking me to pay 10000 and harassing, blackmailing me that he will file a case it costs 125000 and if you pay me 10000 ill stop it and he has my aadhar details and afraid that it can be misused .so please help me get out it and I should come of this work and company and when we contacted him he gave only 5min to pay the amount and he issued the notice

I have checked a work from home company online which provided the work. They have sent me files which are hardly readable and said that have to submit in 15 days. Now they are asking me to pay 10000 as a fine for not submitting the work.

I did not even sign the agreement and have checked there are so many complaints against the same company

Please help me what to do.

Sir... I joined a company as finit, they told that 300 is to pay resgristed fees and i will give work to you and submitee in 15 days. They gave me work and completed and submiteed to them and then they are telling to you are not completed your work properly and you have to pay 10000 to company. But i am student i dont have money to pay them... Can u help me and they are saying we will sent u legal department... Can u help me plz

Same problem which others had to face. Please provide me with the help. I was having financial problem which is ehh i had to apply for this idiotic job. I completed that. But they didn't even explain why did they reject the entire work. Now one mail comes you have to pay us the money as per agreement. Everybody has the same problem. If they are so fake news fraud then how do they are still having this audacity to make fool out of needy people. This is so disgusting. Please help me out with this. I am tensed as they have my adhar details. Please do something

On feb 6th i got a message to the whatsapp from fini technology that fir offering a part timebhome based job. Because of my financial status i said ok for the job.. He asked me to pay 300rs as regestration fee and he is very much hurried about asking my documents (Adhar, mail i'd, mobile no.) but he didn't said any details that are present on the agreement... Later in that agreement i have to pay 10000.. Of my work git rejected... I successfully completed my work withing 15days but they said ur work got rejected due to errors.. They asked me to pay 10000 as penalty.. Or else they said theyll proceed legally... I paid 10000 to them.. Again now they are asking me to cancel the agreement.. So they are asking me to pay 15550 for cancellation charges... Please help me in this...

Yesterday i received a message from fini technologies and then i saw a lucarative offer. They told me that it's a data entry job and that i will be paid a certain rs. 190 per page. They were willing to pay rs. 18500 for the first month and then rs. 28500 for the coming months if the job was done properly. They provided me a huge amount of workload and which is essentially senseless. Hence, i got suspicious and had realized i got into a contract too quickly and they had used the loophole in order to extort money from me. They said in case i do not meet the 90-100% criteria, they will terminate the contract and take rs. 9500 as fees. Initially they even took 300 rupees as service charges.
Now i see from the numerous complaints that this is all a fraud and no one will ever achieve that kind of accuracy.
So i request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
Also they had taken my personal details and they might be misused.
So please help me terminate this contract as being a student, i cannot afford the loss.

I worked with this company by paying 300 rs and i paid the remaining 9700 of rs 10000 to be relieved of the lawsuit. And now they are telling me to renew the contract by paying 5550 or again be ready for the lawsuit. I don't have the money at this time so i asked them to give me some time of about 1 month. But the reportedly speaking lawyer mihir patel he said to me very arrogantly and rudely that now you see i am filing the case and you will pay me money. I can't understand what to do. Please help me

I recently joined this company in search of a data entry job . They said I have to pay ₹300 as an investment and when I will get my first pay they will around 18000 deducring 9700 . The guy who was enrolling was in a hurry for my documents . I even asked for the agreement copy and any extra information that I must know before hand but she told she could not show the agreement before registration. And after registering when I read the agreement, they have added clause without my acceptance saying that I have to pay ₹9700 in any case I want to quit.They even said they would provide extra days in case you need but now they are saying you need to pay around 7000 extra per day you take(Not even given any before hand information, during registration) . I am a college student listening, seeing these things I nearly started crying in myself for joining . Now, I have some extra college project callings and college fest responsibilities and I get only 3-4 hrs in a day (excluding college time ) and even for a typing professional each page to type might take him/her at least 30 min without break. It takes me around 45 min nonstop. They have given a huge amount of work (150 long pages ) and less time( 15 days ). I will never be
I am unable to get even an hour of personal time . I am unable to cope up this job and my routine college Timings . This job is giving me too much of tension . I have seen many complaints on this forum regarding the same company .
PLEASE SEE TO MY PROBLEM .

I am priyanka due to my financial problems i thought of doing part time job as an income source. Few days ago i got call from fini technology asking to enroll. I joined by paying registration fees of 300 rs. After that they asked to send payment receipt.i forwarded. later asked to send aadhar card, photo, signature. After I received the agreement i was shocked to see it. because they have already made sure of my acceptance without giving the agreement to me before. i had received the work stating my id as ...-006. i had submitted the work in given time but now they are asking me to pay 10000 in the event of not achieving the work.Sir plz plz help me out with this issue. I still completed the work in 15 days.
Now after 15 days they have canceled my agreement saying work was wrong and are constantly threatening me for 10000 saying they will file a case if i dont pay and are sending me some case numbers on my phone and documents on my email. They are doing fraud by taking all the work and not paying us and infact asking us to pay 10000.

Below images clearly show that the work provided was having many mistakes and some words having no visible difference (W and w, j written as i, words repeating) they make us pay for their own mistakes.

Please help me sir i am a college student and can't pay such big amount. Please help me and ban this fraud company.

This guy called naresh patel from fini technology messaged me to make a one time payment of inr 299 to get data entry job. He said he would register me and create an id for me so that i could get data entry jobs to work on after i made the one time payment. He hurried me to make the payment stating that it is a government data job. I did make the initial payment, but right after ten minutes i messaged him and told him to cancel my registration post reading reviews on google. I also told him to keep the inr 299 but to cancel my registration. I had not received any legal or binding documents from him when i requested my cancellation. He then demanded that i pay inr 10, 000 only then he would cancel my registration, which had not happened till then. He then threatened me that he would send me a legal notice. There has been no legal documents sent to me or there has been no acceptance from my side. How can he threaten me to pay money for a service that i have not even availed. I have the complete whatsapp chat history. But he has gone ahead and deleted the parts where he is demanding inr 10, 000. And after an hour of this chat, he has sent me some document in my email that i haven't even checked. He also kept asking me to send a photograph for him to cancel my registration. He also has my aadhar card details. But this is sheer harassment. He should not be doing this to people who are desperate for jobs and need to earn some money for their needs. Need help.

Same problem i am facing now (Data entry).. Company name-fini technology, their registration fee was 300 rs. And they'ad given work of 150 data files in 15 days. As per them they wanted 90% accuracy in that and i have'nt cleared that. Now they are demanding 10, 000 rs as a penalty or utility charge and giving me threat that i've to pay this otherwise they will take legal actions. Kindly solve this issue.

Fini technology data entry — fini tech data entry job

Hi sir, a fini tech company gave me some data entry job.. They tell me to pay rs 300 register id and they give me 150 pdf pages i have type in notepad in 15 day... I have complete the job at 14 days but now they call me and say i have to pay rs 10000 for error typing... After 4 days again call me advocate form the fini thech company and tell me under section 420 you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues otherwise we have to proceed further... I think that company is fraud... They are froceing me to pay rs 10000...

I have registered for this company to work, but they have given me less time and a lot of work. The guy who has enrolled me has been forcing me to make it quick, in a hurry I have enrolled.After the agreement came out, they have already made sure of my acceptance without giving me the agreement before and they have included a clause saying I have to pay 10000 in the event of me not doing work.I have paid 10000 also still they are asking to pay more money.I have seen complaints in this forum regarding the same company. Sir i'm gaurav. I joined fini technology company for typing work. And payed 300 for registration. U completed the work with time ; 150 pages for 15 days. After submission of my work they send me mail for failed qc report and after that called me pay 10000 rs for maintaince saying that they will file a court case and do legal action. And now sending me personal message if i will not pay i have face a loss of 70 to 80 thousand.
And harassing me for legal action and court case they have agreement which i got after registration and i'm worried that they will misuse my details.

These people called and offered offline data entry job. I have asked them what are the rules, they said, it's easy image to text data entry work. Only thing to be noted is that i should write it on text file / notepad and do not copy paste from any other app. Also that they have 1000 of people doing it for them. I just have to spend 3-4 hours per day to type in this. And i do not have to pay anything else for this as they will deduct their service charge from my first work, which is 10000 rupees. From second time onwards there will be no dedication in the payment and all.

Being broken at the moment, paid 300 initially to get the work. They sent an agreement after that stating lots of crooked rules and demanding more money if i filed to finish the job within the said time. Only after reading the agreement i saw that if i don't gain 90% accuracy, i will have to pay compensation amount of 10000. I asked them why didn't they told me about this before, for which they said, if they say this no one would join.

They sent 150 image pages and asked to complete it in 15 days. Even for a person with fast typing skills it would take 45 mins to 1.5 hours to finish each image. Which means each day you have to spend at least 10 hours for it to complete it on time. Also since it's on notepad, there will be small spelling mistakes. I tried my best to avoid any kind of mistakes in it and did not use any other app for the purpose as i know that they will use it against me to deny my payment.

I did my best and finished within the time and sent to them. They responded stating the minute spelling errors and said that i haven't achieved 90% accuracy and that i have to pay 10000. They are now threatening saying that they will file case against me if i don't pay the amount and that the advocate is processing this.

But it is evident that they are fake and they are only doing it to fake and get money by threatening normal people.

If i had 10000 with me to spare why would i even go for such tedious task of data entry.

Thanks consumercomplaints for solving my problem this company was having my personal data as Aadhar card, phone number and email, and was threatening me to misuse and demanded me money too however i just paid three thousands but because of you they have deleted my personal information from their system and they emailed that they will never contact me. They give me work to do at home. I have to do 150 pages in 15 days and they gave me salary. But the pages are too big and some words are not understandable. But still i do it and send the work to fini technology in the given time. But when my time is up they call me and said your work is not submitted and u have to pay panelty of 12000 otherwise they file a case against me. Then i said to them that i can submit it again but they say first pay 12000 then you can submit your work. All my work of 15 days is wasted and i still have all the work i have done. They are not even giving me a chance to submit it again. Now they are filing a case against me please help me. I can't afford that much money even when i do all tha work please help me. And when i get work then after some days someone called me and said they have professionals and they do my work for 50 rupees per page. From this work i get 190 rps. Per page.
