I bought fire boltt phoenix smart watch in fire boltt website. I received defective product like the display is getting stuck. I immediately complained about that. But still no response. I need replacement for that with new sealed product

I ordered a smart watch of fire boltt(talk pro) but the watch they gave was defective So I gave him a return under warranty but he said there will be no return, there will be a replacement, so I said ok.Now that watch has been replaced 6 times but everytime they Sends defective product in the name of replacement .How often do I have to do the replacement? I am worried since 6 months.I didn't wear that watch once.I requested them a lot that it has been replaced 6 times, please don't replace again please refund it, but they are not doing that.

Fire boltt worng product plz replaced my product

This is the 3rd or 4th time I'm getting a replacement. The heartrate, workout tracking is all completely wrong. And the display screen is not centred properly, which was the same issue with the first watch I got. I am tired of this replacement cycle. The customer care keeps on saying replacement and no refund.

I have purchased a watch from them few months back. The watch was of very inferior quality to what was shown in videos. The watch stopped working in sometime. I have emailed their customer support. No replies for weeks. Then after chasing for 1 month, they collected the watch. Thereafter no response from them. No replies to emails. Then one day the ticket got closed.
This company is a big time scam and its co-founders (Arnav, Ayushi) are very big scam-artist. Whoever is reading this please don't waste your hard money by seeing the brand ambassadors of this company. This company is faking everything.

I have bought a smart watch from Flipkart of fire boltt and found some issues in the watch and i have register complaint about that after 15-20 days they picked up the same and said that within 7-10 days it will replaced but now it more than 15-16 days i haven't received any confirmation mail or any sms regarding the same. When I'm calling their customer support they didn't provide any help and says wait for next 72 hours i have call them many times but still they don't provide any help.

Hlo sir, this is k.srinivasarao and i bought my watch but after few days firebolt watch is not getting charged and it is not at all oning .so please solve this issue by sending anyone

The product that making by company is not good and which are not working. If we report this they are ready to replace without fixing the watch in one year after year they asked to throw simple and they don't have any service centers to fix the issues of their own brand watches.

Nowadays even small company are providing offline service centers to fix the bug, which they don't do.

By this way they are cheating the customers and they not respond for any after one year.

In my case they replaced watch before Its warenty expire. The replaced watch i have received one month before of waranty expires. Now the replaced watch also not working and i created and updated in the ticket within one month of its delivery.

Now fire bolt team says we can't help you with any service.

Please find the ticket details and call recording from the fire bolt team.

I concerned this as their business strategy to create faulty products which will fail to work with in year and next the customer has to buy another one.

Sir, I ordered online a smartwatch on 17th june 2022, the company cancelled my order on 6th july 2022. Still I didn't get the refund amount.

Worst customer service I've ever seen plus fake people also...i (prepaid )booked a product on 28 July but i didn't receive it and even did not get my money till date it has been 2 months... Many times I mailed or called but no one responded... Last time I made a review on the side then one person called me on 18 Aug. and told me I would solve your problem but nothing he did then I made a new review then one more lady contacted me her name is Mandavi dubey and she told me that kindly delete review so i will solve your problem with in a week one I delete review then she stopped to reply... Fire boltt had picked up my watch for replacement on 2nd September 2022 and as on date not return to me.

It's big loss to me.. looks like company doing fraud.

I gave my watch on 8th august as it wasn't working and it was under warranty period so i booked it into service centre at gandhinagar gujarat, till today no any single call i got from company that what is status today it is 12th of sept i tried to call customer care they are also mot responding if they respond they told me that you have to wait for 8-10 days in month of august...

My Bolt Smartwatch of Almighty model its complaint and this is my second complaint that I am requesting that please please payback my money and or please give me that good product good one. I bought from fire bolt website, i have mailed them on 8/09/2022 still no answer from them. I'm not happy at all with watch or services. first watch won't survive more than four months, and the replacement watch wasn't functional either.

Replaced watch having battery drainage issue. It either uses too much battery or has a bad battery. It didnt last long even for 5 days with a full charge (DND was on, Bluetooth was turned off, no music was played, no call alerts, no message alerts).
the battery is dead even with low usage, it won't last more than five days, and you're asking for ten days of standby.
It's very costly
I want them to Take watch back and give me my money back in full as soon as they can. I want my full amount of money and no replacement now.
