I have purchased a watch from them few months back. The watch was of very inferior quality to what was shown in videos. The watch stopped working in sometime. I have emailed their customer support. No replies for weeks. Then after chasing for 1 month, they collected the watch. Thereafter no response from them. No replies to emails. Then one day the ticket got closed.
This company is a big time scam and its co-founders (Arnav, Ayushi)...

I purchased the product on 23 September 2022. The watch had accidentally fallen and developed a crack on the shielding display glass. The display is intact. I have run pillar to post to get the broken glass replaced or willing to pay for the repair/replacement. I have bought a smart watch from Flipkart of fire boltt and found some issues in the watch and i have register complaint about that after 15-20 days they picked up the same and said that within 7-10 days it will replaced but now it more than 15-16 days i haven't received any confirmation mail or any sms regarding the same. When I'm calling their customer support they didn't provide any help and says wait for next 72 hours i have call them...

The glass of the watch is dispatched from the watch on its own

The product that making by company is not good and which are not working. If we report this they are ready to replace without fixing the watch in one year after year they asked to throw simple and they don't have any service centers to fix the issues of their own brand watches.

Nowadays even small company are providing offline service centers to fix the bug, which they don't do.

By this way they are cheating...

Sir, I ordered online a smartwatch on 17th june 2022, the company cancelled my order on 6th july 2022. Still I didn't get the refund amount.

Worst customer service I've ever seen plus fake people also...i (prepaid )booked a product on 28 July but i didn't receive it and even did not get my money till date it has been 2 months... Many times I mailed or called but no one responded... Last time I made a review on the side then one person called me on 18 Aug. and told me I would solve your problem but nothing he did then I made a new review then one more lady contacted me her name...

Fire boltt had picked up my watch for replacement on 2nd September 2022 and as on date not return to me.

It's big loss to me.. looks like company doing fraud.

I gave my watch on 8th august as it wasn't working and it was under warranty period so i booked it into service centre at gandhinagar gujarat, till today no any single call i got from company that what is status today it is 12th of sept i tried to call customer care they are also mot responding if they respond they told me that you have to wait for 8-10 days in month of august...

Purchased a fireboltt supreme smartwatch from flipkart on 12.04. 2022 within 2 months the watch stopped working. When reached out to flipkart they told to reach out to seller then I raised a request through fire boltt webpage (request no. 381748) since then no response of my emails and their customer service do not respond when even you can it would put on hold tone and then disconnect....

I have oredered a Ring 2 watch, with order id[protected] and its been 25 days, they havent delivered or initiated any refund for the product.
When ever i call the customer care says that the product have not reached their ware house and they will initiate redund when the product reaches ware house. But the product is in transit from 20 days....
