I will purchase the 2 watch for fire bolt nimja pro smart watch.so broken smart watch display of 2 watch.so please help me sir.and purchase date is[protected].

Purchased a fireboltt supreme smartwatch from flipkart on 12.04. 2022 within 2 months the watch stopped working. When reached out to flipkart they told to reach out to seller then I raised a request through fire boltt webpage (request no. 381748) since then no response of my emails and their customer service do not respond when even you can it would put on hold tone and then disconnect.

I have oredered a Ring 2 watch, with order id[protected] and its been 25 days, they havent delivered or initiated any refund for the product.
When ever i call the customer care says that the product have not reached their ware house and they will initiate redund when the product reaches ware house. But the product is in transit from 20 days.

I have buy new watch fire bolt murcary watch the issue in watch unable to on 22th aug i have submitted watch in service center still no rply many time call your service center every time pick up the call but not rply ...

Change my watch is a service centres not available and not service available my watch problem please service my watch

Plz kindly attention to taken the notice my complaint is that the one smartwatch has been purchased fireboltt company on[protected] modol no. BSW042 Black 1.32 order no. DE2CO227558, Dockent no. [protected] and which is received by me on[protected] and after that some problem has occurred due to come the call and that time vibration function has not been working. plz taken the notice on my compliant and return or replace the said watch.

I am repeatedly calling customer care there's no response, i have given my product to one of the service center in vasai, but it's been 20 days and i haven't received my product yet..what a fake service, like seriously i just used it for 3 days and then from 20 days it is at service center only.

I have purchased fireboltt smart watch max on 10 jun 2022. worth 3000.
when i started using smart watch. i was not receiving all the notifications its only thing i have purchased for. i have allowed all the permission through smartphone and tried with multiple devices also but the issue is still same. then i raised a ticket on fiebolt complaints fresh desk. ticket id : 209400. they arranges the reverse pick up and sent another watch....

I ordered a Smartwatch from there website and it delivered after 3 days. Problem starts when I returned it they didn't return it instead they place a replacement from me, after that I refused to receive the replacement package because I didn't requested it, but after refusing the package they not refunded me till yet. Its already 2 months passed from then. I haven't got any refund from them. Very disappointing nad ridiculous.

I had ordered pair of tws on 16th of July from fireboltt. Product was not up the mark, so I decided to cancel it before de delivery.
After attempting on numerous calls and emails, fireboltt coustomer care hasn't responded yet regarding the issue.
I refused for product delivery.
It's been 6 days now I haven't received any call or email from coustomer care yet.
I want cancellation and refund for the product as soon as possible

I had purchased smart watch on 1 july through flipkart and the issue with the watch was it's button was not working so i applied for warranty support in Fire bolt for replacement and the product was picked through blue dart on 8 july, after 1 day i got message that the product has reached in fire bolt and they have started the processes, but till now i havent received the product nor they are replying

I had mistakely purchased Fire boltt talk1 Black BSWOO4 product from company website and also made advance payment against it. Also i tried to cancel the order from company website but due to non availability i had contacted the customer care team regarding of it. As per guideline of customer care team i had refused to take delivery of product and returned it to the company but still not receive the payment against it.

Ordered "Fire-Boltt Ring Pro (BSW029) Black" watch on 20th June 2022 from Fireboltt website, till date the same has not been received. Saw Fireboltt advertisement on Facebook, when I tap the advertisement it redirected to the Fireboltt website, chosen the item and proceed for payment. I have paid an amount of Rs. 3799.05 via Google Pay, below showing the payment details,

Even after the successful payment I didn't get any order confirmation or order id from Fireboltt.

Tried to contact Fireboltt customer service team many times to report the issue but no one even picking up the call. Also send several emails regarding the same, still no useful reply from their side. They are only generating tickets whenever I am sending emails to them. They have generated 3 tickets till date for the same complaint, but no use after generating the ticket no response.

So I request you to please provide a solution for the issue described above at the earliest. Also shared the sereenshot of the payment details for your reference.

I have brought a Fir boltt wrist watch dates 23/08/2021.
The problems are as followings:
1. The touch screen is not responding,
2. There is a problem in connecting and down loading.
3. I can connect to my timing even after De Fit re-down-loading.
4. this problem has been facing more then 1 month.
solution is
would you please replace the new one.

Don't work display light when I change

Ordered 2 sets of smart watch - Talk 2, black & blue colour throught Fireboltt web online shopping for which payment transferred got deducted from my account still order confirmation is not received.
While checking again both ordered watches are showing in cart how is it possible.

I register a complain online they told me that watch will replaced or upgrade as I want but after 2 days my complain is closed without any resolution. I have raised replacement complaint for my firebolt 360, but when i received the replacement they have sent me fireboltt 360 spo2, customer care does not respond to my emails. Very bad service. Now they r not accepting my complaint. My earlier firebolt 360 had BP monitoring feature where as the replaced produce does not have the bp monitoring feature. Firebolt team is not accepting and closing my complaint without providing solutions.

I purchased a fireboltt supreme smartwatch from amazon on 16.02. 2022 within 2 days the watch stopped working. When reached out to amazon they told to reach out to seller then I raised a request through fire boltt webpage (request no. 75006) on behalf of this request on 17th March I received a replacement approval mail. Then after few days the watch was picked up by there courier service, since then no response of my emails and their customer service do not respond when even you can it would put on hold tone and then disconnect. Right now I have paid the money and do not have the product.

I have purchased fire bolt ring watch from their online store. The battery backup is really poor. The battery is draining at a rate of 6-8% per hour without bluetooth mode on while they claimed that even with Bluetooth the battery stays till 24 hours.I am attaching few screenshots to show battery percentage at what time. Secondly, the smartwatch gives wrong readings of footsteps. I have not walked whole day and it shows 11k steps complete. It even measures spo2 and heart rate of non living surfaces like table. I will attach a video of it measuring heart rate of table.How is this even possible for table to have heart rate. I wrote a no. Of emails for issue of refund and no reply from their side. I called multiple times on customer support but no one picked even once.
