I had ordered Solo Pump Harmony Wireless Headphones, order #45300, on the 5th Feb and haven't received them. Ordered it through HDFC Bank || FlatworldRewards.com.
Please do something.

I had order the jbl Bluetooth speaker but not working. My order number is 42394-2. Please replace it on urgent.

I had ordered a JBL speaker through the HDFC bank promotion and I haven't received the order yet.I ordered it on Nov 20th and it over 2 weeks.

I have ordered, Swiss Military Millennial Grey & Yellow SM69 on November 4, 2020. till now not received.

My order number 175589 booked on https://flatworldrewards.com on October 20th 2020 has not been delivered. The item booked was Skull Candy JB Wired in Earphone with Mic.

We need to complain about these fraud. They are doing this from long time.
What your opinion on this??

I have an ordered for Havells RS7010-3 Head Electric Shaver on dated 01.10.20 for Rs.1599/- vide my order no.40154 & Inv.No.3445 Dt.01.10.2020 and my payment id is[protected]. I was being apprised that the item will be delivered to me with 14 days from the date of order but despite my several reminders I am very sad to say that till date I have neither received my order nor received any proper response from. There is no way to check the status of delivery.

I ordered a speaker from Flatworld rewards after HDFC bank offer directed me to the flatworldrewards website - Order no. #39119. It has been more than a month, the order never got dispatched / delivered. I tried contacting customer care at Flatworld rewards but I haven't received any satisfactory response from them.

If I could be refunded the money, it would be greatly appreciated.

I had placed the order through HDFC bank mobile app - offers.

I have not yet received the item in spite of expiry of 14 business days. There is no way to check the status of delivery. Their helpline number [protected] is unavailable.

I have ordered a clayton watch as a promotion from my holidays on 9th october 2019 which they confirmed as new order and gave me order id#15651 and never delivered even after mentioning that it will be delivered in 21 working days.
Upon my continuous emails to [protected]@flatworldsrewards.com and to [protected]@matrixrage.com all i got no replies even after sending many mails
I have then googled about them and all i got is that they have been doing this for long time by asssociating with banks like kotak, axis and icici and many reputed brands
Whosoever is reading this don't get fooled of those kinds of prmotions from them and try to spread this as much as you can to keep everybody away from these scams.

I had ordered swiss military laptop bag - black on 6th jul 2019 and the order id is #13198. Till date i haven't received this order.

I had received a mail regarding the order having been received by flatworld rewards on 6th jul 2019, 5:34 pm.

Since then there has been no update from their side.

It will help if either the amount is refunded or the bag is shipped asap.

I had received voucher booklet along with hindustan times subscription and had placed an order for 2 headphones worth 3, 000 on august 25th 2019 and till date no response nothing.

Their customer service email also bounces back [protected]@matrixrage.com and today even their website seems to be shut down (https://flatworldrewards.com/)

These guys are scamming people can anything be done about them or not how can hindustan times support such kind of companies that dupe people.

Can anything be done about this?

Got an email from axis bank regarding offer related to clayton watches. I have ordered 2 of them on 30th may 2019. Order numbers are : #9192 and #9195. Since then no update, no reply to emails and only customer care phone number available over the internet #[protected] says always switched off.

I tried calling them multiple times and send emails to customer care, none of them helped. I just received acknowledgement emails on the day i ordered ie., on 30th may 2019 and nothing after that

Hello. This was on 04th july when i noticed an offer on the axis bank website for a set of two clayton watches being given at a price of rs.998/- i ordered the same and the delivery was to happen with 21 days.in the interim i was following up with the team and on 08th aug they replied that are looking into the situation. Now they are not responding and have also switched off their one point contact number

Name of the company - flatworld rewards product - clayton - wrist watch, delivered syska power bank, delivered swiss military foldable backpack, not deliver swiss military wireless earbud not deliver pdate later date of purchase -26/03/2019 /transaction - amount paid – 3996 /- present status – he said that he had ordered a total 4- products from this company - flatworld rewards on this dated - 26/03/2019 after that they delivered him only 2 products wrist watch sent some other color - black not his ordered - brown color also bad quality of watch and 2 product - syska power bank is ok on this dated - 13/04/2019 but 2 products are not deliver from company side till now. Expected - he wants his pending 2 products from company side asap.
But till now on 16 july 2019 not positive respond from company
