I have order A1 Solo Pump Rugby Bluetooth Speaker on from your website Flat-world Rewards at 08 June 2019 my Order No. #11932. 81 day has passed still my order has not received till date i have not receive my product or any cash that deduct from my account. I Had mail you on 16/08/2019 & 20/08/2019 but no reply from your side. i m not getting that why you are not replying us. I had attach copy of your mail receive from [protected]@matrixage.com....

I ordered Clayton watch on May 23rd with order id ref. #8861 but till now i didn't receive any information on dispatch details and even i couldn't track the order also. As per procedure it is stated that within 21 working days i will receive the order but nothing happened till date.

Kindly make the delivery ASAP or refund back my amount....

I have ordered Clayton pair watch leather strap CW22 on 24th December 2018 but i havent recieved till now. contact numbers is also not available. have done so many times follow up after 21 days they say we will get back to you but nothing done from their end.
I have lots of mail for which i can send the attachment but they do not revert. I think it is a fake company as no numbers of theirs are working neither the address mentioned...

I have placed an order via matrixrage for a duffel bag with order number 212e57fbbfab5af01e49 on aug 17th, 2018.

This product was promised to be delivered in 21 business days from order. It has been more than that and even after repeated reminders via email, there is no response on estimated delivery.
The numbers listed for this company are not working too for any kind of followup.
