I have booked a LeEco le .. 32 GB Gold Mobile on my order no-7103520Postman has been delivered product and charge of Rs 5098. When I have opened the packet I surprised because delivered to wrong product.
When I have complaint, they send me mail for bank account details. I have sent to bank details but till yet not received any reply or refund amount in bank.
I request to you please return the product and refund my amount in...

Dear Consumer Forum,
This is a fake company, I had ordered a Xiaomi Mi Phone for 7000 Rs, instead of the phone I received a power bank. After mailing and calling them they promised the product will be replaced in 7-10 days. 15 days have gone by but I haven't heard from them nor the product is replaced yet.
Kindly take strict actions against them....

Sir, Maine is site se mobile phone order kiya tha but isne mujhe mobile phone ke jagah power bank jinka price 500 se 600 rs.hai aur mujhe 5000rs le liya.jab maine box ki packing khol kar dekha toh inme mobile ke jagah power bank tha unhe call karne pr vo koi response nahi de raha hai sir pls action le aap aur kitne logo ke sath ess site se unho ne kitna cheat kr kr paisa liya hoga....
