Money transfer
I had withdraw rs 1513 on 12th Oct 2021. But money not credited in my bank account. When I contact customer care they told me to check the bank account. Also they said transfer is successfully completed from our sides. Now what I do???

I am a Rummy player. My self hari prasad. Since 1 year I am being with Flora fun games aliyas Rummy pro..recently I played 50 k pool game. I lost the game due to server issue. As per their policy they wil refund. Stll it is not happen even requested many times.

Last four days they are not respond properly. I lost money, time and patience. They cheated and grabbed my money. Take action and resolve as soon as possible.
1. 50k pool riummy
2. 11th deal
3. Wrong count due to server problem. It is game eror.
4. I bought issue to customer care notice 4 days before
5. Every day I reminded them and happend prequent discussions with them.
6. They ignored and repeatedly asked details and answer irrelevant things.
7. Finally today 11.10 am they confirmed issue and money credited to my wallet. But it is not yet credit to my wallet.
8 now issue is my 50k money, where it is, who grabbed that, what they will do for this issue.
9 I want my money now

It's totally fraudulent game.no response customer care services.same thing repeated continuesly. After deposit money some games win then continuesly gone when your wallet is gone completely empty. Every rummy app is this type. 1.RRummy, 2.joy rummy, 3.Rummypro are same only graphics are changes. They tempering the Random number generator. It's not fair play game. You have no chance to win and withdrawal. They have only know pull money not give money.example ratio is 100:10.when 1000 rupees you win 200 rupees. SO BECAREFUL BEFORE. I have lost more money.WIN FROM GAMBLING IS BAD LOST FROM GAMBLING IS BAD.
