I ordered rakhi gift to be delivered on floweraura on 10th of aug. Delivery was supposed to be on 13th aug.
The tracking status on 15th aug is still not out for delivery. Where as the customer care support did not reply for around 8 hours over chat or call. After which they responded that it was attempted and the address is incomplete. According to blue dart. This is a wrong excuse, complete address was provided to floweraura along with 2 landmarks and also the recipient's contact number incase of any confusion.
Floweraura's service is very disappointing at their part, they did not provide the information for courier properly, as i had to call up bluedart myself to clear things up, giving them details again. Still not sure when it will be delivered.

I had made an order on 11th August 2019 on the site of FlowerAura for Rakshabandhan, so while checking out after making the payment using my debit card there was an error shown and the order was not successful but money had already been deducted from my account. So thereafter I complained about it and availed their customer service in which they assured me that my money would be refunded in the next 48 hours. After that I made the same order which was successful. I waited for 48 hours but no refund was reflected in my account. So after that i wrote a mail to the company but there was no reply to that too. The order that was successful was supposed to be delivered on 15th of August but it was not delivered. I tried to contact the company but nor did their customer service work and neither was their contact number legit. Every time i called it was busy or it was said that it would be connected to an agent but that never happened. So there is no possible way that I can even cancel my order because I can't contact them at all and i would like to cancel my order because it was for the occasion of Rakshabandhan and if the rakhi is delivered the other day then it is really of no value. I am highly disappointed and disgusted at their service. Please do look into this matter since i need my refund and also i wanna cancel my order and want the refund for that too. I have attached some pictures where you can see that the delivery date is "15th August" and also where it has been assured that I will be getting my refund.

Hi, i ordered from floweraura orderid: 2916157, on 14feb at my husband office. Their delivery boy called on 7:30pm for asking to deliver the item. After office hours its not possible to wait, he asked for tomorrow although enticing of gift was already lost. And he didn't come on 15th feb, then again called on 16th feb afternoon (Saturday). Saturday and sunday no office.
My concern if floweraura not able to deliver the items why they commit and took order and with paying so much money for chocolates and flower for delivery after 4 days is really worth. We raised for cancellation but they not refunding with saying given 3 attemps.
My question its not amazon and flipkart 3-4 day delivery can work, it is day of some one for whom this day is eternity of moment and celebration.
The momentum of gift not at impressive if foweraura delivery as per there desired time and days

The site flowersaura.com has made false promises of delivering the order 2942639 on 14th feb. I had ordered a a red velvet cake and a bunch of 10 roses to my fiance and my inlaws, as it was their 26th anniversary too. But the order has not been delivered at the given time they justify themselves by blaming us.
After calling for the whole day to thier customer care got a call connected to someone named mr. Deepak dhawan, requested him to delivey my cake and bunch 10 roses on the given time slot but the service was pathetic.
The guy who was delivering my order justify himself saying the address is not correct and will take him next 3 hours more to deliver (Note - the conversation is of around 9 pm, 14th feb) else he will delver the order tommorw.
I was so much pissed off to their service called imediately to their head office which is in gurgram had a conversation to their head mr. Ram, such a theif person, denied to repay my money back even after admitting that its not my fault. Given me another fake promise of deliverig the order next day.
I really dont give a # on you guys. So # off to your # policies, rules and your service. If you guys cant keep your words then jus dont make them, wont be able to survive for long. Youll be exposed soon. Had filed a legal action will trash you and your firm for demolishing some-ones emotions for the sake of somme money.

Lets expose these cheaters for their frauds and take our money back.

The order was made on 07/02/2019 and was promised the same to deliver the same on 07/02/2019 by 09:00 pm. The order was not delivered by that time and received the fake response from the company that its out for delivery. On 08/02/2019 i again contacted the company and was promised that it will be delivered on time. I know that they had cheated me and now not refunding the amount.

The occassion which was decided need to be cancelled because of the company fault as the merchandise was not delivered

I ordered a cake online on 27th feb 2018, order no[protected]Sinful truffle chocolate cake) after going through their website and selecting it based on the image display.
However i got a completely different looking wrong cake than night at 11pm. I spoke to the customer care and they asked me to write a mail with attached pictures of the same.
So i mailed them with the images.
And they replied back saying ' the exact image of the listed products are not possible'
I mailed them back again asking how can they say something like that as we order a product and make an online payment based solely on the image display.
But they replied again saying ' images provided on the website are sample images, exact image commitment is not there..'

I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on valentine day dated 14/02/2018 and had opted same day delivery option as claimed by them. My order no was 1884315. I waited for it to be delivered but in vain. But suddenly at 11 pm i got a message your gift is delivered. I asked my wife . She had not recieved the product. I repeatedly called them but either its engaged or no one picks up the call. My mail also has not got any response.
So i want them to refund my money and compensation charges for ruining my valentines day and giving mental harassment.

I ordered the item for my wife and the address was given of that of office. The delivery person called and was informed to deliver at 2 pm today (14th feb 2018). Since there was no response after that she called him up for the status at regular interval asking him to deliver before the office hours which is 6 pm. He was constantly saying that he is nearby and will be delivered soon but that never happened. After the office hours he said he will deliver to where she was staying and still was not delivered to the time that mentioned in the website which is 9 pm. When she again he started mocking her and verbally abused her over the phone. The complaint was raised in the customer support but no response. Customer support chat transcript attached

These were for my wife however they delievered only the greeting card and chocolate while main product i. E true soulmate the cake and flowers was not delivered also nobody picks phone on their customer care number or chat. I can see that multiple people are facing the same issue. They are a completely a fraud company and we must take action to ensure that other dont fell in their trap.

I am writing on behalf of mandeep yadav order no 1819944.. He placed the order at 1.11pm today... But the order didn't reach. He was waiting form 4 hour to give surprise to her gf in company but his day is wasted by these people. The website no when he called no body picked it and on live chat no body is responding. Disgusting. We whole people will write the review in name of mandeep... Don;t worry ceo of floweraura... Enjoy rose day from us..

The order was placed for 12 orchid sticks to be delivered along with a small card containing personal message. Order value was Rs. 928

However, only 6 orchid sticks were delivered in a shabby bouquet, nothing like displayed on the website. I tried reaching to them and mailed them but no reply.

I charge them of theft of my money and demand full compensation for time & money lost.

they have delivered wrong product. as i have ordered black forest cake but we received dark chocolate cake. bit the company is excepting there mistake.

I ordered from this site a flower bouquet worth Rs649 in my city patna. And after that i received a bouquet which was of worst quality you can expect. I then contacted the patna workshop and it was not of floweraura it was of Lotus House. I called the customer care of floweraura and the laughed at my complaint. They didnt take any action and i was at loss.

I have order two items( flowers and chocolates ) under order No: 482996. for valentine day. I was told that flowers will be delivered till 10 PM of

I have not received flowers on 14 Feb. But i was told that the delivery will happen till 10PM of 14th feb. I have talked to customer care number and i was told that flowers will be delivered on 14 th Feb.
On 14 Feb I have called on +91-[protected] this number several times. Every time the call ended with standard msg. All our executives are busy, we have noted your number and we will revert you back. But I have not received even a single call.

on 14th Feb, So i used chat facility and they have told me that the flowers will be delivered by 10 PM of 14th Feb .

on 15th no one has called me, that we could not deliver the flowers
once again i used chat and the executive says that if you want we will deliver today.
If I want flowers to be delivered on 15 th, why the hell i would pay extra and book it for valentine day
I have advised them to cancel my order ( Both chocolates and Flowers and refund the money.)

They told that we will cancel your order ( both chocolates and flowers) and refund the money.

They have offered me the coupons, which i have rejected and advised them to refund the money. They have agreed . I have the chat details .


So far I have not received any message that the money will be refunded.

They are not even responding to my mails.

Request you to please help me and get my money( Rs. 1824) refunded. I have not got what they have promised . It was a torture .

My wife Janu priya made an order of cake, Greeting card and flowers with the concern(Floweraura) to deliver it on Feb 14th Valentine's day midnight 12 am. The requester (Janu Priya) has been debited with the material charges and the night charges for the delivery to be done at 12 am Feb 14th. But sadly me the recipient (Vimal) have not received the delivery still and there was no calls made or any messages sent regarding the delivery to me or either to my wife. Still the package has not received by us and our payment RS.1765 is taken by the Floweraura Site. However my wife received a fake message saying that the delivery has been done to me yesterday. This was really an embarrassing and painful situation to me as well to my family since the Floweraura groups haven't kept the promise of business done. We are being felt as cheated by their online services as we did not receive any prompt communications by their company regarding the failure of the delivery. Expecting refund of the material purchased which missed to deliver on time

I ordered a cake for my Friend's Birthday. They have shown one kind of cake in picture. But they delivered worst kind of cake. I ordered the cake with some message. But they put their own message. Instead of printing my name "Dassuuu", they mentioned only "ssuu". It is a bad word in Tamil Language. They promised us to deliver this product at 12 to 1PM on birthday. But They delivered 7 PM only. It s cheat website. Many customers lost their money and happiness.

I placed an order for 14 Feb through this company. They were saying that, they can't commit the time during Valentine because of a rush, but they will deliver my order. I was a little bit nervous at the time of placing an order, but the customer care support me a lot of chat and cleared my all confusions. So I placed the order and it delivered on 14th Feb around 1.00 pm. They made my day.
