The charges with fotofast are Rs. 200/- for passport size 35 x 45 mm with 16 quantity. As a professional photographer, it is expected a good quality prints. But they provided bad quality photographs. And when complained, they informed they do no do any editing formatting for passport photos. In that case, they should mention before charging customers, so that customer should know what are they paying for. At least customer will know that...

I wish to file a complaint against thee incorrect delivery against FOTOFAST Kotherud branch.

Last Sunday (24the March 2013), I requested photo copies for Japan business visa (Size 45*45). For theis I encountered 2 mistakes in photo delivery:

1) While collecting photos, someone else's photos were delivered. Upon bringing to notice to staff theere, theey gave me my photos.
2) Photos given were for Schengen...

Yesterday(13-Oct-2010) at 8:00pm I went to FotoFast Aundh, Pune. I gave a soft copy which needs to be converted to a Passport Size Hardcopy (6-8 copies). I said please do modification like tilting the foto (to vertical which was slightly angled) and changing the background. She arrogantly said we cannot tilt and can provide as it is only. I have to explain that fotofast does have the software to do such modification. Then she said ok they...

I'd given a couple of photos to be scanned and copied and a few soft copies on the pendrive to be made into hard copies. It was overall order value of 1000 bucks. I was asked to collect the photo's in an hour. That was 12:40 PM in the afternoon and when i went back at back at 6:30 PM in the evening. They hadn't even touched my photos yet. This was my 2nd experience with this shop.

Hi All,

There was sale at FotoFast, they sold few frame of size 8 x 14 for the price Rs. 99 I bought 4 frames. But the quality of the frame is very poor. 2 out of 4 frame was broken while I hanged them on the wall. I did not expect such a poor service from company like FOTOFAST.

I asked them to laminate my photos as they want to sell their un quality frame they refused to do lamination...
