I have emailed the freo pay support and still there is no resolution from them please take an action this I have cleared all my bills and mailed them for the ndc and noc but there is no response from them I need it asap as it is affecting my cibil they arent even removing it from my cibil please make an contact and provide it asap

I have mailed them 2 days before for my account deletion of freo pay and the noc and NDC certificate but there is no reply from them even it shows on my cibil and it creates an negative response please take an action against this behaviour please make an contact from the freopay team as soon as possible...

I had Taken a loan on FREO PAY of RS.600 whose due date on 5th FEB 2023 Ihad paid the amount on 4TH FEB 2023 AT 9:40 AM which was failed then again i repaid the amount on 4TH FEB 2023 AT 9:41 AM which was successfully transferred and amount has been deducted from my bank account .FREO PAY NOT CHECKING THEIR BANK STATEMENT AND THRETHENING BY CALL AND MESSAGES PER DAY AND ALWAYS ASKING FOR MONEY THEY ARE NOT AGREE TO SETTLE TEH BILL.KINDLY HELP ME.
