Sir I was ordered fish vide order no-#STHH12392335, that time I was paid ₹816/- through online payment, but I didn't received yet and nor received any phone call till and didn't received any message from freshtohome. I Kindly request you to plaese cancel my order and return my amount ₹ 816/- due to I didn't received my order till time. Thanking You

Product not delivered and bad customer care service

I placed order in freshtohome to deliver on July 31st 2022 in 6am to 9am, but I am not yet received and when we call customer care after struggling to get connected to line more then 1 hour, no proper answer from care officer and they have not initiated by cancel request also and no status update in app and email. I want my amount refund . Order no E02C6887

FreshToHome delivery agents refuse to follow directions or use Google Maps.
FTH makes bogus assurances of addressing this issue. Same old bogus insincere talk by FTH.
