Myself Prince Mukhija Ex-employee of EASYDAY CLUB - Future retail limited.
This was my first job and after spending successful 6 Yrs., I left the future group on 10th May-2022 but i did not received my full and final yet even after many follow-ups.
Now no one in contact to follow for my FNF after acquisition completed by Reliance.

Hope this is the last & right way to get the help for getting my FNF.

PF Office : Others[protected]--- Many times i complaint regarding my pf withdrawal on epfo grievance portal, but no received satisfactory answer from pf officer. My problem is that after rejoining of company not issue new pf number they credited pf and pention amount to close pf aacount. That is reason i am unable to withdrawl my hardworking money. Due to mistake of employer i am suffer from this problem. Employer also not providing solution for this problem. Kindly process transfer of my pf and pention amount to my last employer. My last epfo grievance number is MHKND/E/2022/12504

I filled your pan application details but aadhar authentication is unsucessful.and me amount is paid 112.75 by himsel[censored]nder processing fee please refund me my token no is [protected] process is done but authentication is not done and how to refund my money and how many days for coming my money into my account and it is refund in card or other payment mode i pay through debit card

We have purchased split AC( Koryo 1.5) from Home Town, Matunga, Mumbai on 28.05.2016, that time your sales person said that points of Ac we will add to our shopping card, last month we have visited to above shop for same but your staff told us that above 60 days we won't add this points!!! Whenever we shop from big bazaar points of shopping gets added immediately but this time why don't you added pay back points ? It is my request to concern person to add pay back points to our card. Awaiting for immediate positive or negative for the next action.

I have purchased a magna king bed with hydraulic storage vide buyer's order no.[protected] dated 29.06.2016 with a request to despatch in second week of july. It has been despatched on 14-07-16. The service engineer came after 48 hours on 17 july 16 and opened the consignment. It's found that there's a big crack on the top board on left side. Further, the hydraulic system does not work properly and could not be closed. On the house warming ceremony, lot of relatives from south came and they sleep on the floor. Further since the bed is installed but could not be used, we don't have enough space to accommodate the guests. It's a shame before my guests that i could not give comforts to them. It's a bad name for such a big company that they deliver poor quality product. I request you to do the necessary replacement of the product immediately.

I purchased hide and seek biscuits yesterday from future retail limited, vijay nagar. To my astonishment the store has billed more from the actual mrp. The price of the biscuit was of rs 25 however the bill shows mrp of rs 30. Also the promotion was going on where by purchasing 2 units you will get 15% discount. So when this discount is applied then also they charged rs 51 from me. This is altogether fooling the customer. I randomly checked the bill and came to know about this but if the items were more i cannot go into each of them and check. This is the case of fraud. Please help as they cannot fool customers like this. I am attaching images for reference.
