I got i call from [protected], and said that your rewards points of sbi credit cards are expired but we will readem it. He was knowing my all details and he confirmed an otp from me. After that i got a message that 7873 has deducted from your credit card from immediately i made my card block and requested to sbi credit card customer care to help us. They were saying like they are help less. Even i had word with fybay.com owner gautam to refund...
