My vehicle Is not transfer

I wanted to sell my car. The deal was clocked in at an amount of 402000. I had never asked for any advance payment but an payment was made to me of rs 100 and the same was not intimated to me at any point of time. I had shared all the documents where I had clearly mentioned that all is subject to the final discussion where the whole deal will be completed. Now when I don't want to go for the deal they are asking me to send 5000 for the cancellation charges. Why should I do so as i had agreed only to the pricing and not for any monetary terms or what so ever. It's really suprising the way these people are just working in today's world.
Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and provide a. Solution to these .

Car No - AP10BC7045. I am following up on the RC transfer status for the last 1 week. Every time while responding Gaadi.com deliberately changed my question and not providing the RC Transfer Status. Be careful while dealing with Gaadi.com.

Please find the details of my car which we had a word on during a telephonic conversation witnessed by Mr. Shobhit Saxena.
I am still waiting for the transferred RC. As you said, NOC for Punjab has been already issued in feb 2020 so it is taking 7 month to get registered with the new name. It means the car is running with no ownership or you can say in my number plate. According to, The Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 ragister owner is the responsible for any kind of mishappening or incidents till the RC does not get a new ragister owner.

kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I have with Folded Hands requested Car Dekho executives, to pls. execute my Transfer.

It is 7 months almost now since I am regularly emailing them as well on Whatsapp following up with them. At the time of purchase they follow up so much but after sale of car no efforts are being taken for RC transfer.

I ask them repeatedly but they are saying, dealer is not able to sell his car. They have given a guarantee...

I struggling to get final payment from Gaadi.com, i have given all the authorization and papers necessary to complete the deal, which was actually agreed on 138000 against my vehicle no. GJ01KF0852 and i was told that all the required steps to taken by the company to complete the deal.

Out of Rs. 138000 i got payment of Rs. 115000 and still balance amount is pending for remmiting which was supposed to be transferred to my account on 21st Jan 21.

i was coordinating with Haritha C executive from Gaadi.com and in last 3 to 4 days i am not getting any type of responses in regards to funds which are pending from their side also i am worried if the vehicle will be used for any illegal purpose.

Request for help to close the issue as earlier.

I sold my car to gaadi.com, which is the subsidiary of cardekho. Its been 10 months now and still the RC is in my name. I recently came to know the some one else has already purchased my card and using it since a month or so. The new owner called me and told that he is using the car and if something happens he is not responsible, because its in my name.

I am trying to get a genuine solution since the beginning for this and nobody is responding properly. The person in contact for me everytime says that he will update by EOD and doesnt comeback.

Now after try everything possible to reach out to people there, they are giving multiple reasons that file is missed in RTO/signature miss match is there, so asking me to come to RTO and sign.

First of all, the file should not miss, if its a signature issue, they should have intemated me well before. I should get call from end user and after he saying that he purchased the car, and me calling back and forth, they are giving reasons.
technically speaking, I have given all docs to gaadi and i am nowhere supposed to involve here. have to take my personal leaves, travel 800 km up and down just for a min work, Still atleast I am asking to reimburse my transportation charges, these guys are bargaining with that also! Everytime i call, they say they will confirm.

Totally disappointed.
Searching out for a quicker solution

Pl. Enquire into the ownership of the said red colour nissan terrano car. Wrongly posts first owner in lieu of third owner in kolkata. Asking price is rs.5, 75, 000/-. With aloy wheel and lether seat, make year 2015 (February).

I had seen a car in satish motors and finance who is affiliated with gaadi.com.
I had seen a second hand black audi car (Chandigrah number) in their showroom. The owner mr. Satish forced me and my husband into giving an advance of rs. 11, 000. Even though he was not sure that our loan would be passed he lured us into giving him the money. Once our loan was rejected we went and asked for our advance back. He had been telling us that he would give us back our money once the car is sold but since the past few days he has not been picking up our calls and has now refused to give back our money even though the car has been sold because he says he's in a huge loss. Even after promising us that our advance would be returned if we do not buy the car he has not done so. I'm going to go to a higher authority and file a complaint against his company. I highly recommend that you see a car in a different showroom as theirs is not worth it.

I had an Indica to sell and Gaadi.com called me and asked me to pay a refundable amount of Rs.1500 if the car is not sold in 3 months. I trusted them and made the payment via my debit card. It has been 31 days as of today and there are no leads from them BUT Once in a month, an arogant representative from gaadi.com calls to check if the car is sold so that they can escape from the refund. The rep is so arrogant that when asked for his name he says I will send you an email with my name. He just does not want to share his name. I wonder if they record their calls or have anything called quality in talking to their customers who are paying them for their bread and butter. It's a personal request from me not to pay this fraud site any money and get stuck like me dealing with indecent reps who have no clue about customer service. Pathetic is not the suitable word for their service!

Hi Team, I kept Used Car selling ad in olx.in. But, Gaadi.com people extracted this Ad and placed in their site without my knowledge. They verified my contact number by calling once and placed this Ad in their gaadi.com site. The concerned posting id in Gaadi.comsite is 416341. This Posting date is keep on changing by day by day. Btw, I sold my vehicle over 5 days back and removed my ad from OLX.in site. But, still I am getting calls from the used car buyers through Gaadi.com. I am also getting SMS sayting that 'a particular named customer is interested in my Car'. This is not at all acceptable. Request to act on this ASAP. Regards, Raghu

I was looking for a used Honda City ZX. I reached gaadi.com while searching for it. There, I found a CityZX for Rs.1.50lk. They asked me to pay to get the seller details. I paid Rs.500. I got the details as :

Now whenever I tried calling, for 2days the mobile was switched off! I tried sending email but the delivery failed! And ultimately when I could contact him, he blankly and very carelessly told me and I quote "there is no such thing" and he hung the line. Sir ,I had logged on to Gaadi.com to purchare an used vehicle. They asked me to 2 pay 2 get details of seller ,and I did so,,, but now whenever I log in and ask for seller details, they write that the seller will get back to you. I request all to be carefull of this forgery, i[censored] r using ur hard earned money, otherwise it is ok.

My name is Anselm.Thomas from New Delhi India.I purchased a new car Hyundai i10 era through GAADI.COM and also sold my old car Santro Xing to them.Now at the time of deal Gaadi.com told me that i will be eligible for 21000 discount for Govt. Employee and Rs15000 for exchange bonus as i sold my old car to them.Now its been 3 months i have not recieved my exchange bonus which they committed and even calling them several times they dont bother to respond.I am in great loss of Rs15000 for my exchange bonus, because of the carelessness of the company (GAADI.COM).Hyundai refused to give me the bonus as they did not mentioned at the time of purchasing my new car from Hyundai.Please help me to get my exchange bonus and take some disciplinary action against the company.
