I ordered a product and done payment through debit card, i waited for 3 days and then, they updated product delivery status as they delivered or shipped. Then i tried to contact with them and they also continuously saying product is delivered but how without my authentication how can they delivered, either i want refund or product should delivered.

i ordered OnePlus 3 / 3T Screen Protector on 4 oct 2018 but when i received the product, it was different from what i ordered from the website !
I raised the ticket on their website support and sended them all pictures about it !
In response they told me that the mistake is not from our side and private courier service provider we use is a private one so they can't do this !
but i strongly opposed Thier reply on this and further the decided to give me the replacement of the product but in while this whole process i purchased the another one and no longer needed it so i requested them to refund my money ...till then they have not replied me on this...they are not even bothered to reply !
i have raised several ticket but they are not responding at all !
They are looting the people.
please help consumer complaint !

I have ordered the subject material from online portal www.gadgetshieldz.com on 05/11/2016 for 7.99 $ including shipping charges to Kuwait. Already 3 months have passed and still there is no sign of any sought of information and delivery. While booking on there website the company has promised to deliver international shipping within 10 to 20 working days time, but in my case it has surpassed much more than that. While booking along with the order confirmation they have provided consignment tracking number RT[protected]IN as a proof of shipment through registered airmail but the last detail furnished on the tracking website is on 08/12/2016 after which there is no update. As the merchant was responsible for the complete shipping it's his responsibility to make sure whether the consignment is delivered or not. Several times I tried contacting the customer care through phone and mail but went in vein with no one responding. Here by I finish the details of the website:

Hi, i had ordered a screen protector from this company, and there is banner of 10% additional cashback by paying through Third paty PayU money so i did the same . Now third party is refusing to give me additional cashback for this order and this company Gadgetshieldz who is based in Chennai is not picking my phone or not responding to my mails .

Dear Sir/Madam I was shoping online my product on the web site "www.gadgetshieldz.in" on 13/05/2015. I made payment through state bank of Bikaner and Jaipur internet banking . Payment 699 ruppies was deducted from my account and transaction was failed and no payment refunded yet. Bank statement show that payment has transfer to 6115 reference no.[protected]IG0AA DQKS5 as I attached bank statement copy. please refund my payment .

Please don't buy from gadgetshieldz.in website as i have had a very bad experience with them.

I had emailed them about my order after not receiving any confirmation emails with tracking id. All phone calls to their support number went unanswered.

And when i threatened legal action this is the reply that they sent me:

We are raising a request with the shipping partner not to deliver this package and we are trying to cancel your order. In case it gets delivered, you can refuse the package and it would get returned to us. You will have your refund processed as soon as we receive the package back.

Please refrain from ordering in the future from our website. We would rather loose a customer than have a grumpy and impatient one.

This is the most offensive and rude mail i have ever seen from a customer support.

I need know how Mr Mukesh Jain the founder of this business responds to this.

So, i wish everyone knows the kind of customer support they are going to get..so decide for yourself
