Bought today and the galaxy ripples chocolate is unfit for consumption these were bought for my daughter and it’s just as well I stopped her from eating them. I bought 2 and they are both the same

I bought 2 Galaxy ripples for my daughter today and they are totally unfit for consumption the chocolate is grey and powdery.

I have just bought an Galaxy mini bar from alocal shop and i have found an olastic paper inside.

My favorite chocolate is galaxy, i love the smooth milky texture and richness, so whenever my dad comes home (India) from muscat where he works, it's more like a custom to gift me my favorite chocolate, however this time i was given two packets of galaxy minis, both purchased from muscat, and to my disappointment when i opened the first packet all the individual chocolate bars had white spots and were crumbling on contact, it tasted funny as well, i opened the second pack as well, it was the same with the second packet as well, i checked the expiry date on both the packets both of the packets is well within the expiry date which is[protected]. I strongly feel you have to improve your packaging and i want proper reply and actions taken with regards to the above complaint. Wish i could upload the photos of the damaged chocolates, i intend to take this issue forward if i am not provided with a solution that can re-ensure my faith in you guys as well as

On 28th may 2018 i bought galaxy from a local shop in kottayam kerala. When l unwrapped the cover l noticed some white particles in choclate. Then l checked the packing date, it is dated as 23/08/2017. L understand that 4 months remaining for expiry. This is my favourite chocolate but now l am fully dissatisfied with your product. L am requesting you to improve your products quality..

Please can you remove this advert and replace it with a new one, it's been four years galaxy surely you can afford advertising? I'm absolutely bored of the moon river palava! It comes on my television several times a day and i'm forced to constantly mute my tv as i've heard it far too many times now. Please give my ears a rest and get a new advert on the go asap. Thank you.

Today on 26th august, 2015, i bought a galaxy chocolate from a local general store in btm 1st stage, bangalore. As i unwrapped the chocolate and continued to eat, it tasted sour in taste. Out of wonder i unwrapped the entire chocolate to find a fungus budding inside the chocolate. With such low food quality standards, the fssai should focus on banning such products for the welfare of the public and especially the kids who are the major consumers of such products.

Initially I complained the company saying: Hi, My name is Manoj Chandrashekar from India Bangalore. This is to keep your company informed about the quality of the chocolate which i brought now for my son Liam Chandrashekar has formed fungus in the chocolate. Thank god that i noticed the chocolate when he was about to take a bit. I kindly request the concerned department to take the necessary action before i proceed further. Later they replied: Galaxy Chocolate Hi Manoj, we're sorry to see you've had this experience with one of our products, it's certainly not something we like to see. Could you please confirm where the product was purchased from? Thank you, Galaxy. Once again i replied: Manoj Chandrashekar I brought this from Bangalore from my local area... The chocolate which I brought was valid till December 2015 but still how can this happen... What if I wouldn't have noticed and given it to my son... I do have a bill for this purchase. I am taking this to the customer court and file a complaint... So that everyone will be aware of this galaxy chocolate... I need a justice for this, I did stay in UK for more than a year, what if this would have happened there ??? Anyways I have decided to file the case and spoke to few people to publish in media... People in India should be aware of this because most of the kids love eating chocolates... We prefer to buy branded chocolates for our kids hoping they maintain the standards but never expected this from your company... I am business owner and a tax payer... Is Indian life is so cheaper compared to UK Citizen... After me messaging for the second time there is no response from them. I need Justice for this issue !!!
