I have made payment 2 times more and 3024 rupees was deducted from my account. 1512 rupee is refunded but 1512 rupee still not refunded.I have mail regarding this issue to the Gate kanpur but they did not any response.Please help me in refunding money.

Hi there, I have applied for Gate 2015 on 13th of Oct where transaction was failed and money was deducted.It is mentioned on the site that amount will be refunded on or after 20th, but its 7th Nov today.I would like to remind and inform that the refund is not done yet.
