We are the residents of Nim Ka Thana, Sikar . We have problem with our neighbour (Raju, Shinu, Sadul) who are selling illegal liquor in our village but no action has been taken against them yet. Police never filed any case against them or taken any action. They does not have any license, It is illegal business. I would like to request to Excise department and to commissioner of police, Sikar to take some action against them. It is always irritating to walk on this road . The drinkers keep using abusive words when women passes. The sellers had opened grocery shops but sells wine and also many gamblers keep playing there.Also the sarpanch of village included in whole incident. Sir please take some action as you are the only hope. we request your good selves to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest and keep residents area clean and peacefully.

The shopkeeper is not taking the coin of 1 and 2 rupees and says that I have a lot of coins, I do not have enough coin...

I don't know how nobody is taking any action against a person occupied MCD LANDS just besides MOTHER DAIRY BOOTH # 70 without any single paper and you would be shocked to know that the all day he comments on the mate's working nearby colonies and just beside there is more space and in the evening he and his friends daily drink alcohol in the night and smoke VEED in the day time before any BIG INCIDENT happens there will be a huge problem, it's a HUMBLE REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE confirm the above statements of mine and if you find any one of them false i am ready to take the punishment according to our constitution, you will recover WHISKY BOTTLES, VEED AND MANY EMPTY BEER CANS &BOTTLES, PLEASE TOOK SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST HIM .

The shopkeeper selling very high rates as compare to the other general shops mostly were the MRP is not written.

Please help us. we are poor

Paid for my order for ALUMINIUM FRUIT JUICER ON 24th February 2021 but supplier not responding.

No delivery made yet .
Called their mobile number but response is always, we are checking on my order.

please help.

Fruit juicer was ordered on 24.2.2021.
The payment was done through Net Banking.
The company could not be traced and no contact available.

This guys are selling biscuits which are coming in packs. In the pack itself it is written not to sell individually but these guys are selling it Individually and taking high rates from the customer. When I tried to tell them its wrong these guys are threatening me saying do whatever you want. We are gonna sell this.
Please take strict actions against them.

Sir I bought mustard oil from Jendal general store but after two days oil's gets freez its very harmful for us please take action against

There is a general grocery store in our colony, when i went to buy the products he gave me which were expired.This happened repeatedly for consecutive times. This would really damage public health.

Hi, we been resident in good housing society located at New Bowenpally, nuthan colony.

Exactly opposite to my house we have rented general store, last 5 months they also running grinding machine which is having very horrible sound and its only we effecting because exactly opposite to them, we informed several time and been complained but nothing moved out nor reduced sound.

As it was LOCK DOWN we been working from home with such irritating horrible sound in continue stage. (also many people been aged living in surrounding and in my home - make leads also led to health issue)

Request to take attentive prior step to help us been this sound pollution. (help us been survive in our home).

Please release water supply in ward no. 10 as soon as possible due to supply is barred from 20.05.2020 (Four days) on till how can we survive without 💧water this is most urgent work to provide water in pilani (Rajasthan). This is very ironical situation here two municipalities here but both are not working for people of pilani.

The shopkeeper of the general store is charging extra money than the fixed MRP...
My brother went to buy a packet of boondi which has MRP of 25/- but the shopkeeper is charging 40/- for the same packet and was asking to take it or leave it

I have requested to consumer that please accept digital money as corona can also increase by cash transactions. He said he don't care. He will only accept cash if i want to buy, take it or i can go.

Behaviour was pethetic and somewhere this cash transactions can increase corona viruses.

He showed me his attitude and did not talk with respect. Which i didn't like and even he started keeping all my buying in his store.

Their is a general store near my house, and owner name is mahesh sahu. He use to sale very old and expiry products.
Almost all the packed and ration material is out of date. He too not accept the coins of 10rs. And 2rs.
Its my humble request to you, to please take an effective action against this shop and shopkeeper.

I am v venkatesu resident of bathalapalli in anantapur dist of andhra pradesh. When i went to a shop, shopkeeper selling coca cola 600ml bottle more than mrp (Mrp-35 and collected money=35+03=38) and after i asked to him why you are selling this product more than mrp he is simply saying that extra money is for cooling charge and he is refused to give bill for that extra money.

There is a general store in kondapur, popularly known as "marwari ka dukan" doesn't give any proper receipt for the grocery bought over there. if asked for he just writes the stuff on paper and gives you a bill, stating this is the bill.
When i asked for a proper receipt he didn't event give me the paper one. i suppose selling goods without proper receipt is not acceptable and would request you to make him understand to give proper bills.

All distributors in mumbra are selling Amul Milk to customer at a higher rate of Rs 4 than its MRP which is illegal as per Sales of Product Act. So i cant Understand why the Marketing & distribution department of Amul Milk are not taking action for the same. MRP is the maximum Rate beyond which no company is bound to sale its product to its customer. Unnecessary all the consumers are suffering for the same.Amul is a brand company in our India and it is not able to take action to its distributors for selling its product higher than its MRP, Amul co is silent for it???? It is Illegal. So I request you to take a strong Action against the said distributors as i had bought the milk yesterday and the shopkeeper told that everyone is doing it. cell.: [protected]

he sells at costly price for ex.my opp area they sells eggs at 4.50 rs. in my area ANNAJI sells at 5 rs .for every product he sells costly.
please help as much as possible!.

I heard there was a body that was responsible for shopkeepers selling FMCG products like Pepsi Coke Biscuits Cigarettes and other items over MRP.

This shop Vijay Gen located at Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon opposite Saraswati Hospital sells everything over MRP. I asked him why does he do that and the prompt answer was "Aaj Kal Imandari se kaun ji raha hai" and was pretty proud to say that too.

I wish to see some action taken against this and hope in the time to come when we go back to that shop, the shopkeeper quotes the right price.

If this is the wrong place for this complaint, please let me know what is the right place
