I got trapped by a fraud call stating that “i am calling from hdfc bank card and since you have premium customer so you are selected for offers from hdfc credit card. You will be provided with discount card of 30%, health voucher, holiday voucher and rs 3000 money return on producing the food bill, gift voucher, ucb watch etc.”. I have paid Rs. 6598/- towards two years policy payment by using Debit Card
( Transaction ID :[protected] on 24.06.2018) for policy of Debarghya Das of 61/1, Paschim Rabindra Nagar, Dum Dum Cantonment, Kolkata-700065. No policy certificate or any kind of confirmation received till date. I have contacted with Mahi Madam for several times, she assured that the same will be sent to me shortly but till date we did not receive the same....

Received a call today from number [protected]. Told me calling from sbi after looking at my payment history and all, valuable customer benefits for 1 year with issuance of a discount card.
