Godrej Modular Kitchen Complaints & Reviews

We applied for installatoin of modular kitchen on 14th december 2010 and paid the full amount within 1 week.We were told that it would be installed b/w 15th jan to 31st jan .Firstly,All the neccessary things needed were delivered on 16th of feb. On 23rd the kitchen was evauated and civil work was started. civil work is completed and no one is coming for installation. My daughter boards are from 28thfeb. Whole kitchen is in chaos and mess. Despite regular calls they are not giving heed to the problems as they do not have any free technichians. Inspite reminding them daily about our problems they give us fake information that the technichian is coming but no one has yet arrived. Do take notice of our complain and try to get our work done as soon as possible. With regards.

I purchased Godrej Modular kitchen, four years back and the product per se is excellent but now due to usage the hinghes of the doors to the cabinates are given way and we are unable to use the same and when the complaint was lodged with the dealer of Godrej modular kitchen from whom this was purchased, M/s.Kusumara Enterprises pvt. ltd. they have informed us that this is a small job and that they cannot deploy their technical person and that we have to wait till they become free and time frame not specified and its already more then 10 days. Do not understand how a company of Godrej stature can do this and appoint such dealers who have no time for customer complaints.
