delay in installation of modular kitchen

We applied for installatoin of modular kitchen on 14th december 2010 and paid the full amount within 1 week.We were told that it would be installed b/w 15th jan to 31st jan .Firstly,All the neccessary things needed were delivered on 16th of feb. On 23rd the kitchen was evauated and civil work was started. civil work is completed and no one is coming for installation. My daughter boards are from 28thfeb. Whole kitchen is in chaos and mess....
