I took 5 years membership and used for 1 year. Now it is closed...

I took goliesure memebership in 2014 and they promised to provide us 30 nights of hotel bookings in any hotel apart from 5 star hotels.

But whenever, we call them they always tell that maximum budget they can book hotel is 3 thousand, out of which we need to pay rest and we need to pay some service charges as well.
What they promised was any hotel other than 5 star.

Hi this is regarding this goleisure company who lured us to avail 3 years membership of tour plan of company in pune in feb 2019 with assurance of giving membership gym passes and hotel booking facilities of 3star and 4 star categories to location we desire,, but till now nothing from their side and even reply to our mails is very difficult to get.. Refund of money is also not known as no reply to any mode of communication.. This issue is reported from so many people about this company. Kindly help in this regard

Goleisure... Be aware - fraud fake company. They have closed their pune offices and are running this fake business from mumbai person who calls himself as managing director namely mr. Ashish j is shy and run away from the situation to face customers query and concerns to interact.
And have kept low graded and uneducated, unprofessional staff name mahesh gaikwad who calls himself as lawyer its shame for this people who run such fraud business and make money from customers by promising they wil provide services.

I bought a membership of rs. 1 lack three years back, went only ones for vacation for 6 days at himachal, the hotel room was not up to the mark, it was ok ok type, at the time of booking they said the room you will get that will 4-star category, but it wasn't, also they offered a gym membership, special event passes and few more which i forgot now, from last six months i am continuously following up for renewal of membership but no one is even bothering to reply my mail. I have sent almost 30 emails but no luck, totally uneducated staff, no manners, they don't even know how to speak with the customer. We all can imagine how is the management of this company.
Mr. Ashish jagtap, mr. Prasad more, mr. Vishal bhor are the directors of the company, we should have contacted them directly, i am read many reviews on the sites where i got to know that they don't have a fix plan, they charge as per the customer, they charge from 30 k to 1 lack for same plan. This is disgusting.

Goleisure is a fraud company. They have mentally harassed my parents and lured them into signing a agreement of so called travel package of 10 years. We haven’t received any travel details like their hotels in india and abroad. Goleisure is a fraud company. My father had a minor heart attack after reading the reviews of such fraud company. We contacted goleisure the next day for refund, then the saleswoman said you’ll get 100% refund.in-spite of sending emails and phone calls, the company is refusing refund. How do i lodge a police complaint against goleisure.

Real cheat company to start my sentence as tgey fail to provide the resirts mentioned in their booklets... They claim ti privude sumilar iptuins whucg are 50 to 70 percent less expensive... They only show expensive resorts in their booklets snapshots i have taken... During taking their membership...

These people are fraud. They first lure you through a free gift call and then try to sell their vacation package with free gym fitness membership which at first seem to be too good to be true.

We bought their 5 years membership and booked one vacation. Now i am trying to reach their pune office but all the time the phone is unreachable. Also tried to reach their sales representative but in vain. That number is also unreachable.

Planning to put a fir against them.

I have registered with go leisure international holiday pune office at senapatibapat road on 31 july 2017 for domestic holiday package with fess of rs52000. They have promised that i will receive customer id online. Also they have promised to provide summer camp for my kids near to my home. But none of this is fulfilled. I have called them plenty of times on their customer care numbers[protected], 65292135, 66816200, 66816203/204/213) but they did not answered single time also. Nither i have received welcome kit nor summer camp for my kids. I am not able to contact with them anyway now to ask my refund as they are not answering to any of my call. I wish to get my full refund. Hope this complaints will be helpful to me at least to get my refund.
