I had purchased a kia seltos car on 25th November 2021, and have only driven the car for 450 km, during this time I have got a defective tyre and I am contacting them for a replacement or a refund I am not getting any response from the company please contact me as soon as possible and solvey problem....

Tyre not replaced with air bubble on side wall of Honda WRV Car MP13 CC 4387 before 10000 km and 2 years old...

I noticed that my front tyre has developed a bubble. I contacted my dealer, to which they told me to contact good year dealer. Good year engineer inspected the tyre and told me that the car been used in road and said that sidewall impct bruise break because of which the tyre developed a bubble. And this is not a manufacturing defect.

I had raise a complaint (Complaint No: Q[protected]) with GoodYear India Limited and After that I got a call from them executive (Sanju Patil). He has not done detail investigation with a tyre. He has verified on the fly and said this is not manufacturing defect and we can't replaced, but I am not agree with his comments. This is purely manufacturing defect. Sir I have purchased vehicle Tata indica in Vst motors poonamali Chennai. Not even 15 day's complete the tyre condition is very worst I was compliant about the tyre in Vst motors but he told that after the inspection we tell the report. Then Goodyear company staff came and check he told that by road hazards it happened but I'm sure that it's a manufactured defect I will send the photo with this sir. Pls kindly take action to good year India...
