Qoqii smart watch is not holding the charge - its getting discharged in 12- 18 hours . Had called up Customer care and CC executive mentioned that there is nothing they can do about it as the product is out side of warranty .

Pretty frustrating seeing such high levels of customer insensitivity from Goqii.

The smart vital watch was working ok since purchase 1 yr 2 months
Then the battery won't charge sometimes
Now it is not charging at all
The charger shows 5.11V which means it should be ok
After complaining to the company they did call but since it was more than a year old it was out of warranty
They expressed inability to repair informing there is no service center available
It is strange that a company...

Purchased GOQII VITAL ECG Activity Tracker through Goqii App and recieved it on 24/1/2022. The tracker is not starting .It does not show charging sign nor dispay is seen. So please replace the tracker or refund the Amount . My order number is[protected]

I have order an item where there is a pro.ised of package of Goqii health 12 mo the plan for free included but here only product delivered but here 12 months plan was not delivered, when I have contacted care 7-8 times received an reply as we will update your account with 12 months plan in 48 hours but nothing received ... So here I see I was cheated by this company ... I request you Initiate necessary action on this company and penalize with 10, 000/- for the fraud done ...

Today I make payment for smart band but nobody call or message me regarding this payment and delivery of product.

I wanted to sync my runs, rides and walks with strava app..
I cant find any link or options in goqii app or strava to sync..
It clearly says on "goqii support center activity tracker compatible trackers & smart watches" that goqii syncs with strava, believing that i had bought the band also it does not link to runkeeper.

If the goqii bands do not sync with strava or runkeeper then why is it that your website / support center claim that, "goqii syncs with other popular fitness devices and apps, including fitbit, apple healthkit, google fit, mapmyrun, nike+ and strava. Before buying this band i had specifically checked on your website. After confirming that it syncs did i buy. Now i feel cheated and disheartened.
Why would any enterprise put up such false claims. I feel this is cheating customers to just sell-of the product. An explain as to why such claim that your band / app syncs with other running apps when it does not?
Really very unhappy.
Hope goqii will stop such activities and claims.
I hope i get a refund for this product which is useless to me. The can take the product back

I ordered bcaa blueberry from goqii app. After 10 days i asked to goqii customer care they gave me blue dart tracking num which is [protected]. I tracked that but there is no status update after i called bluedart cus care they told me that they did not pick up that product. After i contacted goqii they told mi that order is picked up. No one give me proper answer. Please do the needful

Order not delivered by seller, cheated with updating same tracking number for both orders

I am writing let you know, i have not received this order, fraud seller updated same tracking number for previous and this order and sent previous order item but not received this order, immediately deliver this order, also ban this seller!

Last note goqii is not good, costumer support is not always available,

Immediately initiate severe action on this company & compensate with 5, 000 for the inconvenience caused!

I purchased a bag from goqii app by mistake and instantly raised a return request but was denied refund. Non refundablility of the item wasn't mentioned earlier. moreover they should have mentioned earlier that the purchase was non refundable earlier . They support team was non friendly couldn't provide an answer for why there was no mention of non cancellation of item once purchased. order id[protected]

The first few orders with goqii store were good and then started the big fraudulent offers i ordered few products on nov 16 2018. And till date there is not update on those products but in app says it is delivered when spoke with their support executives i get a common and regular reply as follows:

We understand that you are facing an issue with your order,

Hence, we would like to inform you that we are updating your issue to our concern team.

We will revert back to you with in 24 working hours.

The same has been going on since 1 month and one fine day i got a call from goqii team stating that they are unable to deliver my product. What is the use of support team when you people dont have idea about any tracking updates.

The below mail was the response from support team as on: 05/11/2018 which was like one week back from today and almost 25 days from date of transaction.

We wish to inform that order number [protected]/ [protected] will be shipped today or tomorrow.

Im registering this complaint so that people get to know about the goqii support team hierarchy and their effectiveness in solving an issue.

Facing issues (doesn't detect) with Goqii band from past 2 weeks, Customer care performed lame job of non competive troubleshooting but doesn't help.
Tried all the steps provided but the band doesn't work, Customer care doesn't trust that i have followed them.
Will refrain from joining any services in future.
Goqii doesn't have any service centers. Once the poor quality band stops functioning, your life becomes hell.
