Gowardhan Milk products Complaints & Reviews

On 30/7/2022 Saturday, I purchased 2 packets of Gowardhan milk from Dmart ready, plot no. 29, sector 9, Ulwe at 11:29 am worth ₹94 (total). I used both the packets on the same day. When heating, milk turned into thick curd. I've checked both the packet milk & both are spoiled.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided. The expiry dates mentioned on tha packet is yet to come but the milk is spoiled. In this way, we are being cheated as we as consumers purchase products checking the expiry dates.

I purchased 2 litre milk on 4th July 22 & when opened these milk pouch. Milk was already sour. But shopkeeper denied to give new milk bags. He told me to file a complaint.

We, the group of residents from Bhayandar (W), were very delighted to know that your company gives a sachet of ghee free along with 1 l milk. However, we would like to bring to your notice that there's this grocery shop near cross garden in Bhayandar (W). It's owner is Ashok. He refuses to give 1 l of gowardhan milk for any of his customers with the intention of either selling the free sachet of ghee separately or for using for his own personal use. I, on behalf of the community, would humbly request you to take some action for the same.

I bought GO cheese cube today and found a hard and pointed plastic piece in it. I give my little boy to eat cheese cube every day but today I has highly disappointed when I found it. He could had chocked if the plastic would had swallowed by him. This matter is something serious and needs to be reported!
