At grappy online website i ordered g4 smart watch for rs.1699 but the product which delivered to me is y1 smart watch on (12/2/2019) and this is product is also not working. The website is not working ie (Contact details, mail, return policy, product replacement) nothing is working in the website, so please help to get this problem solved out. Too bad response from that company

Maine jo smart watch order kiya tha mujhe wo product nhi de kar dusra smart watch diya gya h or ye on v nhi hua. So pls iss produt ko wapas lo or mujhe wahi smart watch chaiye jo maine order kiya tha ya to money return kro. Aaplog customer ko product check or k diya kro na hmlogo ko bahot preshani hoti hai. Out of station hone ki wajah se main turant complaint nhi kar payi so please smart watch with camera jo maine order kiya tha mujhe wahi...

I have gotten totally different kind of smartwatch which i have seen on instagram... So i want to return it so take ur bleady f — g watch back i think these kind of websites should be banned permanently because of this kind of websites our moods may disturb and we may go to depression that the amount 1999/- is drawn into the river ganga so without irritating me return back my money......

I have ordered smart watch "g4 nextgear smart watch with camera" from "grappy.in" site.
I am trying to place the return request. They are not responding. I need to return their product and want my money back. I have sent several email also but they are replying. I am totally seeing the fraud. Kindly do the needful. So please re fund me my money back...

I was ordered on Dated[protected] G4 Next Gear Smart Watch With Camera Amount Rs.1399/- I was received today and opened it. It was already opened from place of packing and as per given configuration not in that so i will return it and i was refund for may Amount. (Blue Dart No. [protected])
